just for politics, this game is going on. think if such incident happend in a village or far from metro/capital region in some middle class home or poor family, will CM/PM etc comes in picture, will CBI enquiry be done. Its just a game of politics. and till the time we are in such dul-dul, we can never progress. Sorry for all of us.
RUbbish!Absolute rubbish.A whole lot of rigmarole.I had a relative who worked in an agency. He said unimaginable things happened in sensational cases.Dont believe this rubbish. We need some concrete evidence.I pray to God to show us the truth so that Aarushi's soul can rest in peace.

the only concerete evidence is the knife or kukri but what will it reveal after these many days???? Co operating eyewitnesses do not exist and ghosts are not concrete. If God even tries to show the truth would we be capable enough to identify it?
why dr nupur is silent in this whole episode she should have cried like a real mother when aarushi's body was taken for antim sanskar but she is calm and silent.something fishy

Why should every mother be some actor from TV serial and more importantly why should persons who have a strong will to act rationally expose emotions in public for your entertainment??

By that logic even Bipasha Basu should be a suspect ... what I want to know is that were you born an idiot or did you have to try hard to become an idiot ?

but dear, i understand what u mean but if CBI (if they also are not increasing the bank balance) then in narco test nobody can tell a line of lie as in semi-conscious state human is unable to tell by rethinking or fabricating, it will be beyond doubt . but.. if u r correct..with krishna, then cbi official ..it's again going to be fishy!!!!!!!!!

I am sure that Krishna had already intoxicated Dr.Talwar may be by giving sleeping tablets to him that day just to make him feel that he is tied and he needed rest, and probably Dr.Talwar might have taken by his own consent and that is the reason he has admitted during his confession that Dr.Talwar himself has taken the sleeping tablets, instead of Krishna had given him. That mweans that Krishna had intention to taker the revenge on their daugther Aurushi. But I am wandering how come that Aurishi mother was silent and quite in beguining when Police were questioning her and she had not shown any anger when her dauther is killed , in the contrary she went to NDTV for public discussion which is very wrong and no mother will have that consent to accept the NDTV invitation to depose the facts in the Channel Video. This is again CBI should investigate further. I feel more skeletons from the cupboard will surface. Even Durani's links may be there I feel. Good job for CBI and from the beguining I used to say that Police is also having some hand in gloves or else they were bribed. Naroc analysus test may be done for the persons concern who has investigated earlier and made the Dr.Talwar a scagoat and poor fellow had to swaloow all this tremendous agony. He should be compensated for the mistake commited by the investigating agency earlier and punished the guilty, if proved.I am sure the weapons used for the crime on Aurushi will be solved soon, knowing that the investigation is in the
I'm a dentist too, which has nothing to do with my opinions on the case. I've always, however, been highly suspicious of media trials and I've seen how Talwar has been tried, declared guilty, and all but executed by the media. Now suppose Talwar is found innocent after all, which seems rather likely now whether he really had anything to do with the crime or not. What happens then? Will the media apologise to him? Can they give him his professional reputation back? It's extremely common - in fact the phenomenon is known as "surgical anger" - for surgeons and dentists to blow their tops during surgery. This has nothing to do with their normal state of mind and experienced assistants soon learn not to take surgical anger to heart. Take it from me, I know. Incidentally, if Hemraj had actually brought in his friends to rob the house and they killed him after trying to rape Arushi and ending up killing her, they could easily have lost their nerve and run away without looting anything. Then the hiding of Hemraj's body makes complete sense since they would have thought suspicion would fall on him and they wanted the police to go on a wild goose chase after him long enough for them to cover their tracks. They didn't anticipate the police would think Talwar guilty. I'm not saying that's what happened; I'm saying it could have happened. Either way, trial by media should be ruthlessly suppressed. The risks are simply too great.
