I thus asked his servant to invite me over for a couple of drinks at 2AM in the middle of the night....this servant dutifuly obliged and also invited a couple of my friends.....
I entered their flat and moved around noiselessly like a cat with padding.....no no...i glided in the air like a bird...then i entered her room and a melee ensued and i killed her..all this while my Boss who is a managing diro in our organization never woke up, hahahahahahaha..A scuffle, a melee and yet the parents slept?? And if he had wanted revenge, he could have killed Talwar.....the psychology of revenge says that the avenger looks for a soft target only when the object of hatred is out of bounds....here this is not the case.....this is just a crap story!!
Who do the CBI think they are fooling?? Or if the CBI is not fooling, Krishna'a subconscious mind is lying, which is possible...Narco analysis need not reveal the real truth all the time...this is a fabricated co&ck and bull story that Krishna is telling to save someone powerful...

why don't you undergo a narco test? may be there will be some sensible story at the end of it! who knows the cbi may even come to know who did it!! David, offer yourself to cbi, and let rediff report the findings!!!

So finally CBI has been able to frame a story against Krishna. They have got one BAKRA to compensate for the money offered by Dr. talwar.
I think the way CBI has acted in Nithari case and now Arushi's case. They should now start working in TV serials like CID. I think the way people in TV serial CID works on the case is much better then what CBI is doing.
CBI has once again proved to the educated public of this country that other then SUPREME COURT no other agency in this country is trustworthy.
The real story now unfolds:
Dr. Rajesh talwar is screwed by Noida police and is proved culprit. Dinesh Talwar runs to ministers and reaches the top levels in UP & N Delhi.
The politicians get their pockets full and asks for CBI enquiry.
CBI gets their pockets full and whole of the story is framed.

Who is responsible for pendency of cases in courts? To some extent state /central Govt Reasons Either police or cbi is wrong in this Aarushi case This drama is created either by negligence or ? Does it not create burden on judiciary This sort of mistake may be committed by judiciary also So what is necessaary for curbing delay in judicial disposal? Try to think yourself
i understand that Talwar family must know the hemraj mobile no., why dont CBI trace the call record from The telco, every telco (telecom operator) have the database of several months/yrs with the location of mobile, as most of the detective agencies in foreign countries do to find the location of evidence and culprit. CBI is misleading like nithari here

they will have got hold of all such information.
the cbi is also working with the thread of rajesh being involved and trying to build its evidence around it. so, they are not able to look in any other way and hence they are hitting a blind wall everytime.
it would be interesting to watch if and whether the cbi will make a definitive statement on the case.

Did any earlier news make sense? Everyday there is a new story. But narco tests reveal something where inhibitions are dropped and hence chances of lie are lesser. One should now do narco analysis test on Noida police on what they drink every night and who among them wanted to become a B grade novelist but ended up in police force.

The court (Supreme Court) will appoint a very intelligent team to deep study of the dangerous methods like NARCO ANALYSIS, BRAIN MAPING etc. For these purpose the team should go to developed coutries also.. After the deepest study of these methods, The Hon Court can decide, these brutual methods will be countinued in India or not..

yeah like honorable retired judges who will form commissions and churn out non conclusive reports, honourably and in case by that time someone in ruling party is exposed by any narco analysis the report would be struck down in legislature.
Why is that most of the people want Talwar's blood ?Why cant this story be true...i mean about Krishna killing Arushi?
Is it just that all of us decide truth only by what Media portrayed in the initial stages of this murder ? Who is judge here....media or the court ?
We all know what happened in Um Kurana's case(Framed as a pimp,by media).Can any one get back her self respect ?Why is always that we get carried by the media,which all of us know is exaggerated.Have we gone sooo far in believing media that,we dont even trust CBI,which is formded by Govt, and the Govt., which is formed by we people.
Have one thing in mind if a sysytem is complete corrupt/malignede it wont last.There has to be some amount of benign thing for a system to exist.Thats the ONLY reason why CBI stil exists.I guess its high time we STOP being judges and sit back and think over correctly

well said. the media is unfortunately trying to act sherlock holmes. aaj tak did very poor sketchy detective stories on this only to hype up. it is unfortunate that an India Today group company has fallen to such low levels of journalistic levels - chasing TRPs.
just for politics, this game is going on. think if such incident happend in a village or far from metro/capital region in some middle class home or poor family, will CM/PM etc comes in picture, will CBI enquiry be done. Its just a game of politics. and till the time we are in such dul-dul, we can never progress. Sorry for all of us.
