Not authentic.........
by Serious on Jun 26, 2008 04:34 PM  Permalink

These stories are not authentic. Because of the mis-handling of the case by the UP police, now there is no clue left for CBI to investigate. So CBI is depending on these tests. But these tests are not authentic. Court even does not accept the results of these tests as evidence.

SO, CBI should try to find some solid clue/evidence instead of these tests. Day by day it is getting more and more ridiculous.

Arushi's Murder Case
by RAJESH Vaid on Jun 26, 2008 04:32 PM  Permalink

Why don't you handover the case to the actors of CID Serial, I think they will solve the case easily than CBI. The Police and CBI has no time to solve the case they are loosing money by devoting the time in this case, so in hurry to settle the case Jaldi-----Jaldi.

Can a father do it????????????????????????????
by ajay khanna on Jun 26, 2008 04:32 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

father is totally inocent. it's a shame to put him behind bars. if he were guilty nupur talwar would have never defended him. For a woman, her son/ daughter is the most lovable person in the whole earth. nupur wud have never defended rajesh talwar if he were guilty. a mother's eye knows the truth. Shame on UP police for concocting a false story to cover up their inefficiency, and shame on the media who sided with UP police versions. the guilty are stil on large.

Where did you hear this? Nowhere has he or Nupur said anything like this. Their arrest was by Noida police on suspicion, since they were at home, and later they found Hemraj's body on the terrace.

Noida police must be asked to teach "HOW NOT TO INVESTIGATE A MURDER CASE". Looks like CBI is equally competent in this task, going by how both have handled the Nithari case so far.

OK that may be a version of Noida police to justify his arrest. But going by the twists, turns this case has taken & repeated tests yielding contradictory statements, its hard to believe what CBI has come forth with today.

dont abuse a dead child
by john henary on Jun 26, 2008 04:30 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

my only request to evry body is that pls do not abuse a child who is not more . thanink about your own childrens and near dear ones when u say such bad things abt this unfortunate child
evry body can understand the ur concern and helplessness but do not waste ur time and use a language without thinking.
she is dead tat is the biggest truth.
whoever is done is not a good person. be it her parents or somebody else.
pls think watver was the situation or circumstances this child was the biggest victim and paid most of it. lets be human and let us let her rest her soul in peace.
watever was the situation a 13 yr child knows less only. and think wat fate has done to her. and tat too by somebody who was near and dear to her
wat a sabotage. no body deserves this
let us be patient CBI has done more complicated case than this they would solve this also
till than a request to evry body do write but with a lil compassionate
nobody has right to abuse a child after her death
do think

1. THE GREAT KHALI
2. RAKHI SAWANT
3. SAIN BABA
for other NEWS plz don't expect anything from the media esp. star news, aaj tak, india tv et al.

The Missing Link
by Sameer Saini on Jun 26, 2008 04:22 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

If Krishna wanted revenge, why he did not bad to Talwar. He has easy access to his clinic and could have ruined his buisness operation to which Talwar could have easily been held responsible. Or for that matter could have killed Talwar or may be Nupur itself. Why Arushi? Is he saving someone, is their a hidden fact, Is CBI hiding something just to solve this case since they have been unsuccessful so far in solving this case. Can we call the DEJA VU director to solve this who can telecast the past on some new channel...

Why will anyone own up a murder charge? What does Krishna get by saving anyone, other than gallows? Remember, two persons have been killed.
So, this assumption that Krishna is trying to save somebody is wrong.

Possibly, the parents too could have been killed, had these people got access to their room.
