God Bless Arushi, CBI and UP Police...
by Himanshu Mehta on Jun 26, 2008 06:35 PM  Permalink

This case seems to be heading towards nowhere and whosoever is the culprit, can never be punished.
Post murder, UP Police again proved the incompetency of the UP state to provide justice to people of the state and followed by CBI creating another mockery of the LAW & ORDER of India.

WHAT IS THE TRUTH, NOW CAN NEVER SEE THE DAYLIGHT & ARUSHI MUST BE WONDERING CAN SHE BE EVER GET JUSTICE FROM INCMPETENT HANDS OF INDIAN LAW & JUDICIARY SYSTEM!!!

More questions....than answers..
by Rajesh Shetty on Jun 26, 2008 06:33 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Several questions need to be answered, with every new story coming up.
1. An attempt to rape is made.. strange that the victim who according to the above story resists, does not shout. Then failing in his rape attempt, he hits her on the head with a rod, then cuts her throat with a khukri. Still no cries. The other victim, Hemraj, too does not raise a cry , which should be heard by the neighbours atleast in the dead of the night, if not the parents, who are in their air-tight AC room. Then later Hemraj is murdered, still no cries..!!
2. Earlier reports suggested that there was a difference of abt 30 mins between the 2 murders. Very strange, if outsiders are involved.
3. Who put the body of Hemraj in the plastic sheet on the terrace ? Why would he take that much of trouble anyway ?
4. Who locked the terrace door from inside, the murderers escaped from the terrace ?
While as things stand, Talwars dont seem to have commited the crime. Very difficult for someone to murder a child in his own house. But the strong feeling I get is they have something else to hide, due to which they are not telling the complete truth. Also their behaviour post murder is baffling, they only seemed to be in a hurry to close things rather than open up the case. Else no doctor would ever want to spoil traces of evidence, if any. Why was the post-mortem conducted in such a hurry..??

u guys have valid point.. also if the talwars were not involved then y did they not give the terrace keys 2 noida police after their daughter's body was recovered. also as cbi says they had not been present during murder time.. y n how come they left at midnite just few mins prior 2 murder n also when they came back y they didnt check on their daughter who was left alone wid servant. if dr talwar didnt trust his servants n always kept aarushi's room locked then y didnt he check back on her when he came back. also the way they went 2 varanasi n reported a different death timing..how did they come 2 know the very next day tat aarushi had died at 2 o clock n not b4 or after 2 when they told noida police tat they saw their daughter's body at 6.30 am.. also y did dr talwar call up his laywer fren just few hrs prior 2 murder. wat was he discussing on fone? also if krishna had thought of kiling aarushi 4 revenge y did he call 1 day prior in cbi's office?many questions r left unanswered. delay in this case has gone 2 far. at least mumbai police had traced tat grover case in less than few weeks..here at least dead bodies were there. in neeraj grover's case his body was chopped into 300 pieces n burnt yet mumbai police was able 2 trace the cuplrits.. wat is happening wid cbi..n it's investigations.. news channel just wanna get trp ratings tho bcoz of their contribution at least hemraj's body was not removed from tat house.. had it not been the media then the murderers wud have disposed

use your common sense yaar. Krishna could have gone to the bathroom to wash hands after the murder or may be for something else. If his finger prints are found in the bathroom, its not a surprise.

Narco tests can be used to get leads not as evidence. If krishna admits normally that he is a murderer then its fine otherwise he cannot be blamed without evidence.

money makes difference
by YASH RAJENDRA Desai on Jun 26, 2008 06:26 PM  Permalink

it took several days to Talwar family to convince this Nepali servants and cbi to tell lie .. but at last money makes its way .. simple questions un ananswered are
1 ) why parents not know abt it as according to this story Rajkumar attempt to take advantage of Aarushi and she also make noise even if his father is drunk and sleep he can hear voice ... mother is not drunk at all... true ??
2) After killing hemraj at terrace they locked terrace from inside ?? but family has told they are not able to find the key ??
and remember Nupur talwar is not having one single drop in her eyes when interviewed at channels ... the way she tells things you can almost guess what is ther in her mind -- she wanna save the rest ---- -- unless and until media is getting their trps from this storey they will never allow cbi to complete this case thats sure

Itna bhi haal bura nahi hai...but yes...you have to be on your toes in Delhi and yes, specifically, when you are in the NCR region, you have to be very careful of Real estate agents, doctors and home developers....

I was cheated by a furniture contractor...the contract was for Rs 55,000 and i paid him advance Rs 10K advance like a fool...he never showed his face to me after that!!
