Media
by neelima neelima on Jul 11, 2008 10:49 PM  Permalink

This is yet another example of disastrous media sleuthing. Media people, who rarely live a principled or useful life, unfortunately can comment today on anything or any one. Nothing can stop them. Sadly people believe whatever is printed. Earlier in India, media would go only to a certain extent, but never beyond a dignified limit. Today media is bankrupt and trying hard to be aggressive like in the West. Circumstances are different. In the West, no one cares and there is no stigma and in India, it is different, where lives could be ruined forever.
There should be a media where only media people should be targetted and their personal lives should be speculated, just to make them understand how it feels.

It is better not to mention the Noida police or the Top guy who said "daughter is as characterless as the father". Disgusting!!

Commendable work from the CBI. We are proud.

Finding the real culprits of Arushi and Hemraj
by VIRENDRA SINGH on Jul 11, 2008 08:49 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I am happy at last the real story has come out. This could happen only by the patience shown by the CBI.
We should praise the courage and patience shown by the Dr.Nupur Talwar during this period. The nonsense spread by some tv channels now should publicly appology to her.

Absolutely Virendra, Some of the TV stations should just be banned. They are making mockery in the name of free journalism. Noida Police's top officials who were calling press conferences almost everyday and reciting bollywood type script should be dismissed and sent to jail. How frustrating the whole system is. Just imagine what the police and these jholachhap media would be doing with all the other cases. Not in all cases CBI is going to be reinvestigate.

Holding Media and NOIDA police responsible for generating damiging news
by kaushal kumar on Jul 10, 2008 09:49 PM  Permalink

If what CBI has found, is true, then the media (electronic, TV, and print) as well as NOIDA police which tried their level best to damage the reputation of Talwar/Durrani families must be taken to task by the law-- to make tehse instruments more responsible and truthful.

The media is not existing for a cause. They just want news to promote thier channels and make money. In a way one cannot blame them either coz their duty is to provide the news in a way that where they can gain financially. Its people like us to be blamed that we watch the news and then forget about those incidents once it is stopped being telecasted. Plz tell me what do people like you and me do to keep the process of investigation alive. Nothing as it doesnot relate to us in any way. We the common citizens feel that such things happen to others and will not happen to anyone in our families. the day something happens to us we feel the whole world should notice our plight. And that's the way life carries on.

by Ramesh Kumar on Jun 29, 2008 09:02 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I think this makes really to divert our mind to get different views & knowledge. Is this is an INDIAN culture to find the investigation method. Eventhough there are lot of scientific investigation methods like mismiration, lie finder and all, what CBI is working out in this. Finally we all have to think that only god have permission to give & to take life.

CBI in ? Mark.

Now CBI is trying to save Dr. Talwar, it is not cleared in who direction CBI is working but the main object for CBI is to give clean chit to Dr. Talwar, There are so many loop hole in investigation that a 10th student can tell you the story of the murder.
"Dr.Talwar, you may be free shorty by the law but remember The Mighty God is watching every thing and one you have to be answered to him:.

I don't think so.... coz Dr Talwar is not having any 'strong' political links or having some connections with CBI to twist the investigation...

Durrani could be main suspect.
by VENURAJA gopal Bowenpalle on Jun 28, 2008 01:32 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Now they arrested Rajkumar ,servant of Durran's. His T-shirt had a blood mark which was washed. This T-shirt was seized by CBI in their first search of the servant's room and at the time very significantly Mr.Durrani explained that his servant had boils on the skin and that blood marks according were due to them.
But CBI took the t-shirt for forensic examination and it was proved that these blood marks were that of human blood and it was also proved in the latest forensic report that this blood group do not belong to Rajkumar??
So the CBI spokes man in fornt of TV cameras reported that the T-shirt (white colour) was sent to Hyderabad for advanced investigations.
The question is why should Durrani defend his servant?
why his face was so much agitated while explaining?
It is true that the murder was planned and servants were used by someone for payment.
Earlier in my observations long before I wrote that Hemaraj was present in the room while Aurishi was murdered and he might have changed his mind and so the killers bumped him off on the roof of the house.
Now according to this unofficial report , it has become clear that Hemaraj indeed was present while his masters child's throat was slit open by a khukri by the killer.
The intention of the conspirator was to put Dr.Talwar in a spot and kill his only child. With one shot two birds.
House would be locked as it is , nothing unusual.daughter's throat slit open.
servant's body would be found later next day.

Things are still murky. At one level, the CBI has earlier said Hemraj was killed first, based on post mortem report time estimates.

It is matter of debate whether they can be so accurate to differentiate 15-20 minutes gap (if that is what it is) between two killings. A big question is about the expertise of the doctors who give such opinion. After initial reports of attempts to rape Arushi, and strange failure of doctors who did post mortem or forensic study to continue persual of that lead to conduct tests of DNA of all suspects, or police review of that lead is strange or we the public do not have full information.

We hope the CBI will crack the case now that they think they have some potential evidence to pursue. Rajkumar is supposed confessing to have destroyed the mobile phone of Arushi.

We hope the parents are not involved and their innocence is established. But no one can easily overcome the grief, loss of reputation, and trauma of accusation by media so easily.

What will the media do to restore their reputation, or, will they pay libel damages? Aajtak and other media should be heavily penalized if what they are suggesting turn out to be false.

Yes Mr. Demo-crazy u r perfectly right. In India its really horrible & UP as the name sugests is the most wild place on earth can be compared to only primitive Africa. Anything & Everything can be purchased. Police, Doctors, anyone is a commodity & can be bought at a price. The CBI investigation is proceeding in the right way & the Durrani's seem to be motivating the press/media the other way. However now the game seems over. We only fail to understand what kind of pressure was brought on the Talwars by the Durrani's to remain quiet & deviate the attention of all involved. What kind of paybacks were paid to the UP Police, Doctors & politicians by the Durrani's.We should congratulate the CBI for right track.

Please, do not make wild allegations. I am south Indian, who lived in many towns of UP for some time. Most of the people are simpletons. Ofcourse, there is less education, may be strong caste system, poverty etc. But people are NOT that bad.

Such crimes, or more heinous ones, do happen every where, including USA. So no need to be emotional, blind and accuse everyone without reasonable proof. Let the courts do their job.

MR VENURAJA IS 100% correct & he is the first logical thinker. THIS IS WHAT WE THE OVERSEAS COMMUNITY STRONGLY BELIEVE. Its fact that business rivalries, greed & money lead to crime. The body language of the Durrani's-specifically the male & female, the NOIDA POLICE"S attempt to save them under pressure, the botched post-mortem, the political-police nexus plot and trying to deviate Doctor Talwar to prop up the name of a businessman friend all point to the Durrani's as the Culprits. The Durrani's have also tried various attempts to deviate the investigations in local press into WIFE SWAPPING STORY,TARNISHING THE IMAGE OF A POOR DEAD CHILD, Affair of Anita, for which they may escape-however will have to pay for their deeds in purgatory or hell doing sexual swapping & nude dance (tandav) with devils in hell. No doubt the poor Nepali servants were used. But poverty doesn't mean one should loose once good sense. LET GOODNESS PREVAIL & THANK GOODNESS. LET ALL EVIL BE DESTROYED. TRUTH TRIUMPHS

Why are you accusing Durranis? Let the CBI tell the full story. Remember everyone is innocent unil proved guilty. No one has any right to tarnish the reputation of even Krishna or Rajkumar.
