everybody in the world (including of course uncle sam) knows where are the dollars siphoned once they reach porkistan! it is not as if usa is doling out the money unknowingly, unaware of the intentions of porkistan and the repercussions of such funding in s.e. asia and the world on the whole. what uncle sam seems to have forgotten is when you keep a rat inside the sleeve of your coat, you can't train it not to eat away your coat!
USA has always supported Pakistan and will continue to do tht..they are assisting pak in extending military capabilities in order to combat India 5.6bn USD is a big amt.....but i dont know why UPA govt doesn't understand this and why they want to go ahead with N deal.....are they bribed enough?.....we should not forget tht Russia always stood next to us .......they helped us in building N reactors, they gave us military assistance and warheads like Sukoi etc They have been our close allies and we can relie on them but USA is a cheat nation they are nobody's friend, they jus know how to use Dollor power.......and they hav keen interest in Indian Nuclear activities.....i think UPA govt would be big fool if they give access to USA in our N plants........
