US has plans to make Pak and Afgan as is its point of operation in Central Asia. But we need to think here is all the world bank help to India going. New World Bank lending to the country in FY07 (July 2006-June 2007) was US$3.7 billion. At end of June 2007, the Bank group had 67 active projects with a net commitment of about US$ 14.3 billion for these projects.
I am not sure as to what the whole tamasha is about. Simple. Funds were given to combat terror. Pakistanis thought that they were for funding terror. Pakis don't understand English. That's the problem.
There is absolutely no doubt that American funds donated to Pakistan is being used to finance terrorism in India than to fight against terrorism in Pakistan. If US is really serious abt combating terrorists it should send soldiers to Pakistan like how they treated Iraq to destroy terrorists camps built and patronised by ISI & Mushraff team.
Indian muslims are so much concerned abt pakis and arabs where in reality arabs and even pakis treat indian muslims as third grade citizens!! when will indian muslms realize this?

Where are US funds to Pakistan going? To India. How you know? US gives through USA to PAK. PAK gives money to ISI to give jihadis & militant groups to use against India. Indian cops will attack and occupy the guns, bullets, bombs, explosives from boarder.
USA has already created blunders by attacking Irag with no proof and now are again doing the same mistakes by giving aids to pakistan without any check. Remember history is witness as USA promoted taliban & bin laden to fight Russians in afganistan and they in fact destroyed world trade centre. Now they are promoting pakistan to fight taliban and bin laden but USA will see destruction only thru pakistan. They are digging their own graves.
