The diplomats are afraid to let the common man in USA know that all these good dollars were used to pay the Taliban to get stronger! The Army and Taliban in Pakistan are one. How can any money given to the army not reach teh Taliban? In effect the USA is paying its own enemy and is being shot at with the very arms that it has provided teh Pak army.
As one can expect, majority of it would go to the pockets of the military junta and the rest will go to the terrorist to create problems in India. Troubles in India will ensure safe future for the military junta.
Most of the Pakistan's flithy mindset lies in Pubjab part of Pakistan, so break Pakistan into Pubjab, Sindh and Balochistan that solves most of the world probelms.
1. Without access to sea and to share sindh waters with Sindh, pubjab will loose its war fighting ability. 2. US and world can get acess to central asia through Balochistan, which is not that demanding as of current pakistan. 3. A prosporous Balochistan with its mineral wealth and Sindh will able to check porkistan's dream of Kashmir for ever
USA has created Islamic Terror: 1) Jimmy Carter created Muzzahadins in Afghanistan 2) Reagan created Zia Ul Haque and Ben Laden 3) Clinton created Taliban 4) Clinton created Islamic state of Bosnia 5) Pakistan created 9/11 and got rewards from USA of $10 Billion so far plus all free weapons 6) George Bush created another Islamic state of Kosovo. 7) USA pushed up oil prices to make the Arab Skeikhs fantastically rich.
Thus, USA will not help India. Obama's father and step father are both Muslims. Those who are thinking just by surrendering India's nuclear weapons USA will be India's friend are the worse kind of stupid.

USA is foolish in doling out aid to PAk indiscriminately. Some time or other the same funds will be used for terror attacks on US itself. More over they will get only superficial help only for their terror fight. Better would be for it to invade Pak and finish off its terror potential.

US is not foolish. They know very well the money goes to the pockets of Politicians and Military wallas. So everytime US bombs a Pak territory in Swat or some place, the Policitians and Military babus will make some cursory noise and keep quiet. Just to give an impression to their citizens, they are "reacting" strongly. But actually US is bribing them to keep shut.

one does not need to be a rocket scientist to realise where the funds have gone--80% in various generals pockets and the remainder to all jihadi groups. the US has been suckered.Serves them right
