I have gone through quite a bit of messages in this forum about Satya Sai Baba. Some are with him and most against. Those who support him saying he is a philanthropist, i question how?is the money being spent on the charities does that belong to him? If yes then how did he get it? if no then how can he be philanthropist, he is just a facilitator.
Yes the trust has taken up some marvelous jobs like water projects and education, free medication project, but here you see its the Trust thats doing it not the individual.
And he being godly, i give a damn. I would say believe in self and absolute God not in mortals who proclaim to be his messengers.

Sathya Sai Baba is a highly revered spiritual leader and world teacher, whose life and message are inspiring millions of people throughout the world to turn God-ward and to lead more purposeful and moral lives. His timeless and universal teachings, along with the manner in which he leads his own life, are attracting seekers of Truth from all the religions of the world. Yet, he is not seeking to start a new religion. Nor does he wish to direct followers to any particular religion. Rather, he urges us to continue to follow the religion of our choice and/or upbringing.
Sathya Sai Baba publicly declared his mission in 1940, at the age of 14. Since then he has daily exhibited in practical and concrete terms the highest ideals of truth, right conduct, peace, love, and nonviolence. He has often stated My life is my message. Each day hundreds of pilgrims make their way to the tiny hamlet in southern India where His ashram is located. They come not only from India but from virtually every country of the world. Over the years, followers have organized to foster the construction of a variety of buildings and facilities to house and otherwise accommodate the ever increasing number of visitors. The name of Sathya Sai Babas ashram is Prasanthi Nilayam which means abode of the highest peace.

I have come to light the lamp of love in your hearts, to see that it shines day by day with added luster. I have come to tell you of this universal, unitary faith, this spiritual principle, this path of love, this duty of love, this obligation to love. Every religion teaches man to fill his being with the glory of God and to evict the pettiness of conceit. It trains him in the methods of unattachment and discernment, so that he may aim high and attain spiritual liberation. Believe that all hearts are motivated by the one and only God; that all faiths glorify the one and only God; that all names in all languages and all forms man can conceive denote the one and only God. His adoration is best done by means of love. Cultivate that attitude of oneness between men of all creeds and all countries. That is the message of love I bring. That is the message I wish you to take to heart. (Sathya Sai Baba).

Believe in God --for there is only ONE GOD for all mankind, though He may be called by many names. Follow sincerely their respective religions and live their daily lives in consonance with the teachings of good behavior and morality. Respect all other religions --for no religion advocates the negative and lower qualities of man. Perform selfless service to the poor, the sick, and the needy without thought of reward or fame. Cultivate in their lives the values of truth, divine love, right conduct, peace, and nonviolence and promote these values among all. Be patriotic and respect the laws of the country in which they live.

Sathya Sai Baba encourages us to recognize who we are. We are not these minds. We are not these bodies. We are the eternal spirit that temporarily occupies these minds and bodies. We can appreciate and become who we really are by turning inward with faith in God and an intense yearning to know Him. Our conscience is a reflection of the eternal spirit. Sathya Sai Baba tells us that our conscience is our master. When we follow our conscience, our thoughts, words, and deeds will be noble and consistent. Spirituality is having the courage and determination to follow our conscience in all things and at all times. In doing so, we recognize that we are all united in God. We are bound together by divine love.

Sathya Sai Baba is the biggest fraud of this planet. He is known to be close to certain political parties to manipulate dealings. Why does he need body gaurds if he is GOD.

:-) laughable.. in today's scenario even god's need security.. check out Tirupathi or Ayodhya or any other abode of gods. spiritualism and politics have gone hand in hand from a very long time... examples.. mahabaharta and ramayana itself.. so u cant complain if SSB wants to be close to politicians.. or is it the dirty scum bag of our politicians who wants to get close to him... people see what they want to see... u see only the bad things in people like these.. there r many who see soemthing else in him and seek peace and solace, you have the capacity to reach God and communicate effectively with him.. good for you... u be in peace and leave the rest who belive in him also to be in peace..

Hands that help to alleviate one's suffering are holier than lips.- SAI BABA. True to his words he is serving humanity with his mega projects such as 1.Drinking water to southern andhra where govt dropped the plan saying it is not workable. 2Drinking water scheme to chennai. 3.Innumerable hospitals on par with corporate hospitals giving free treatment. These are all few examples. SELFLESS SERVICE DOES'NT EXPECT RECOGNITION THAT TOO FROM FOOLS WHO ARE WASTES ON THIS EARTH.

All godmen are fraud. They thrive because of the gullibility of men. there is an incident of sri sri being too frightened to go to his appointed meeting, because the local people, of a different religion, were ready to thrash him !

"I Don't Know" is a simpler retort... people come to Him out of love, not out of compulsion... that is the difference. But first we should learn to say "I DON'T KNOW" instead of saying things which we really don't know.

SSB is one person who has been serving the poor & downtrodden for the past 60 years with free super-specialty hospitals, free schools & colleges, free drinking water for villages, free houses for poor etc in India. Without knowing the facts it is great sin to condemn someone & even godless Marxists will suffer the Karmic consequences. I also know that many vested foreign interests are opposed to him since it is making it all the more difficult to convert the Hindu heathens to their brand of religion to increse the head count. For him all are ONE leading to self-realization in the end. Come, experience & then comment.

SSB is the fraud who has duped lakhs. He leads a lavish lifestyle. Does he deserve it? No. Does he desire it? A big YES.
Such words from him are used to dupe gullible people like Pradeep Ray.

He does more philotrhopic things than any one in the world. what he wears is not imported from Holland. He cares less for your religion or caste unlike the missionaries. He does Godly things. That is good enough for me. If his room is air conditioned, so what?

Even Shakuni, Duryodhana, Ravana, Antyus, Meletus all these people rejected God... is it not a big thing to criticize?! what is really difficult is to say "I DON'T KNOW"... at least admit that you don't know... Sai Maharaj is the only reason why Kali is tolerable... otherwise many good people would have fled the earth by now, leaving the animals to kill themselves.

you have used some 'nice' words about a person who is revered by a lot of people in india and abroad... forget his miracles and magic... appreciate him for at least the good that he does for human kind...

All he does is necessity as he has amassed so much of wealth that he has to use ot for philanthrpic missions to maintain his status quo. he is revered only by those who have lost belief in GOD and only live by miracles ortherwise he is no more then a street magician albiet a highly renumerated one. i always believed he is a broom hold him upside down and sweep the streets. i trust in GOD, he has given me all abilities to overcome all obstacles in life, to work to earn but he has also given me ability to differentiate between GOD and such idiotic scum godmen.
