Any party that has a little over 10 seats can flaunt itself (for a better deal, of course!)...
Governance is deep buried in layers of corruption, personal misuse, arrogance, minority appeasement, crime, wayward Law enforcement, unfair Judiciary etc...
So it does not cause much of a flutter when Mayawati withdraws support to the UPA, coz it happens all the time - if not this party, the other...
If indeed we were to correct this, we should abstain from voting for such parties who engage in such petty politics and horse trading...

True sesh, mayavati is just another assole amongst other political assoles. If there is something about releasing aid to the certain sectors, it wouldnt be accomplished by pulling out power or threats, she should have pulled them to the table for discussions. It's just merely that she lost her cool as she expected her cut in 80K crores and Its not the aid but her cut I suppose thats getting unapproved. lol
The only reason this happened is because she stole the money meant for betterment of poor villages, the Naxals stepped in and recruited the dissatisfied poor people. Her govt. goondas killed and burnt their villages.
Its funeral for Mayawati as Congress & SP together will throw her out for ever from politics. She was "keep" of Kanshi & still called Kumari. She is corrupt & has amassed huge wealth disproportionate to her legal sources of income. For Taj corridor case she must be convicted. For Sahara demolitions if SC's verdict upholds HC's decision then the entire reconstruction MUST be done out of Mayawati's "own" money. All legal fees etc. must be paid by her. Mulayam, BJP & Congress must now be regretting that they didn't prosecute her. Never mind, hang her next time & do some sting operations (easy !!) to have several cases against her that she'll spend her rest of the life fighting it out.

DMK does that all the time. DMK was with the BJP, now with the Congress. Because they want money, ministerships, more money from contracts and bribe. This is Indian politics. SP and BSP are doing the same, always changing sides, which is allowed. This is also true about smaller parties, like NCP, Assam Gana Parishad, etc etc. Indian politics is now very dirty. So the players are also very dirty, all criminals, thieves, bribe takers.
We all have heard about the story of two cats fighting over a piece of bread and the monkey walking away with it.If only BJP and Congress stop fighting over anything and everything and instead put their energies together for nation building,these casteist and actually communal forces can be DUMPED.

Which fourth are you referring to ?The same family which gave everything for the nation as u mention, is also responsible for most of it's ills. Who failed to give Jinnah a bloody nose and agreed to the partition of the country? Who handed over the Kashmir issue to the UN? Who claimned there was no Chinese incursion in the North East and tied to convince the Paliament that the land unde Chinese occupation was wothless as 'Nothing gows there'? Who failed to follow up the success of the Indian Army and handed over the Haji Pir Pass back to Pakistan? Who allowed 90,000 Pak POWs to go back without a concrete guarrantee of Paks behaviour? The answer is the Congress. It is OK to be a follower of this party or the other but to be blind accolyte is something else.

Sanjay Gandhi killed in a plane crash ! He was a de-facto unconstitutional functionery at the time. Indian nation has nothing to do with his death. 3. Just because the CBI turned the heat on her in the Taj Corridor corruption case, she wants to call it harassment and withdraw support to UPA. This represents the depths to which principled politics has been plunged down on India by illiterate unprincipled politicians. The Govt should now speed up the investigation and give her exemplary punishment. After all, it is people's money that she has reportedly swindled. With politicians like her at the helm, one can understand why UP is still called a backward state and will remain so for the foreseeable future, where statues take precedence over progress.
