Rather these corporate giant newspapers are speaking the language which BJP wants to hear as they are owned and paid to speak these things by BJP - a party which can afford to buy MLA's @ Rs. 75 crore each

India need not two parties but only one good party which can run the country. The rulling and opposition i.e.congress and BJP are the agents of America i.e.capitalists and left are the agents of china. We Indian have to find out new Indian Party which will carry all Indians together irrespective of Class,Cast,Religion.

Mayawati, leader like her are created by people in frustration. If you look it at UP for last 20 years, the people are searching leader for good governence. However, it is not possible for them because Maphias have captured the state from Gramsabha to Parlieament and all the political parties are the agents of these mafias in UP. The state is worst than Bihar. Mayawati was a temporary relief for UP people. Young leadership only can save up. Mayawati has very few days as her TRP is going down day by day. Her decesion will not effect much in Central Politics.

local parties support for bigger parties.
by ravi bulusu on Jun 21, 2008 06:07 PM  Permalink

There must be a legislation that once support letter is given, it cannot be withdrawn till next elections ( i.e., 5 years).

But such legislation can only be done by political parties, and we have to suffer because politicians are worst scoundrels, who will not pass such legislation.

Recall of MP/MLA s is another legislation required, but will not be done by selfish politicians. Once they win from some party, they should not change it in between elections.
If they do so they(and their relatives) should not be allowed to contest again.

But will this happen in India ? I don't think in the near future it is possible. Solution is
to punish one such politician., by public, in public, for the public-- like lynching. It may sound harsh, but perhaps necessary agst such politicians.
