What is this man???
by SS on Jun 20, 2008 01:49 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Rediff is using its space to campaign against Tirupati. Yesterday it said that Dalits were accorded status to worship the god, today it is telling that prostitution is there. I don't know why these people are against Hindus? What will they gain by abusing us?

Yesterday's article was good. It is necessary to reform temple administration to ensure christian missionaries don't go on converting everybody and leave measly one or two brahmins like you in the end.

Flesh markets exist everywhere. In some countries it is open, licensed, regulated. In some coutries it is illegal, but flourishing.

This has been happening from time immemorial. No one has ever been able to curtail it. Nor can it ever be stopped.

@Nitin, God is in the heart, in good deeds, in pure devotion, in selfless service. if you really prayed when you went there you could feel it. which you could experience from wherever you are. No need to go anywhere.

If one can say there is no God in Tirumala, then one can equally forcefully say the same thing about any other place of any religion.

Sex workers are everywhere
by satyarthi on Jun 20, 2008 01:02 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Some are hidden, some are bold. Some are centred around pilgrim places; some are wandering in political circle. Flesh trade is perhaps the oldest and esiest profession. It can only curbed by a strong process of character building and value education.

people seeking worldy pleasures(bhog) go to tirupathi.
it is the richest temple in india.
sex workers are quick to identify the nature of people visiting this temple. hence it is flourishing.

Vikram why are you losing your temper. Bunty is right in his own way. Vikram is referring to spirituality while you are speaking about religiosity. You do not have to condemn him or use intemperate language. I am sure you can make him understand your point of view in softer language.

how does it matter whether pros are there or sadhus are there as long as your intentions are fulfilled. Jaki rahi bhavana jaise, prabhu murat dekhi tan taise. those who are looking for god are finding god there & those who are looking for something else .......
