learn from vajpayee
by bluewrox on Jun 20, 2008 02:35 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Learn from vajpayee. He threatened to quit at-least 10 times and everybody had come begging to their knees. Being soft and good natured does not get you anything.

we need to wait 2014 for that
but modi would be better off as an advisor to PMO on development and anti terror

let him walk before he runs...what say?

Why?

What is so great about governing India?

When a semi-literate matron like Soniaji can do it, why can't Toilet Unclogger Modiji do it?

Modiji should become the PM asap!

If he waits too long, he will have to become a toilet-cleaner for the Chinese government!!

personel view...bjp already has a candidate
modi wont take up any cabinet post, he would remain an advisor, i feel so

reason - he would build a strong firm seat in gujrat ...that even if bjp is not in power after 2014 elections he would be a strong man in gujrat

let him RULE behind curtains till 2014

I agree.Modi is a very good candidate. But the problem is BJP won't form the majority and secularists won't elect Modi as leader.Hence Advaniji.

No Way!

A person born in Sindh can never take control of India!

If he were born in Italy, yes he could but not Sindh!

If a person born in Sindh could become the PM, then the nation's capital would be shifted to Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra!

That can never happen!

Therefore Sindhi Advani as a PM is a double impossibility!!

CPM is anti national
by ramesh bhai on Jun 20, 2008 02:25 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

CPM is not interested in our countrys development and we all know their leaning towards china. They are the boot lickers of china and Itali (sonia gandhi). They dont enjoy any mass support across India. they have only marginal presence in kerala and bengal and it's because of Congress inefficiency in these states.

Show him the way!
by Gautam nil on Jun 20, 2008 02:14 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This man has assumed a dictatorial role which is totally against democratic principles!
When the large majority of the entire nation feels it as a danger to security and sovereignty of the nation, this man is trying to exercise an authoritarian rule to nullify the entire nation's valid view!
Similar was the occasion when some one approved permission to East India Co.’s entry into our nation centuries ago which turned out to be so dear and costly to our nation the memories of which are still lingering in our minds afresh! Should we not be firm to say "NO" this time? Have we not heard that recent world opinion declared U.S. President Bush and Pakistani President Musharaff as most untrustworthy leaders of the world? Further, knowing about the notoriety of Bush in the world matters, can we afford to trust him? When he is leaving his presidentship shortly due to expiry of his term, how can he help if any danger arises to India due to this treaty?
Above all, P.M. proved himself that he is not a practical man with due imagination! Late Dr.Eintein said, "Knowledge is important, but imagination is more important"! An effective leader's brain should not be restricted only to theory based upon available data, but one that could predict and farecast on the basis of an over all considerations of many aspects like thorough analysis of precedent, nature, character and conduct to evaluate his trustworthiness on the basis of Bush's past actions in the world matters etc.,!

who told that whole nation feels there is an issue with the deal? only Prakash and his self obessed followers are creating trouble. I read the 123 agreement-there is not a single page which is against the interest of INDIA or will be a problem for India because it is a win-win situation for USA-India. Prakash Karat did everything for his own interest. He ruined future of WB and now he will do the same for India.
