Taking the idols to the dalit colonies is not the right approach
by Proud Brahmin on Jun 19, 2008 12:14 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Taking the idols to the dalit colonies is not the right approach, because this is not our tradition, we should not compromise with our million year old hindu tradition , some other way like the replicas and not the actual idols should be taken to dalit colonies and dalit homes and there should be some priests especially for that not the regular TTD priests should do that.

Jai Venkateshwara....

Boss, I dought about your Authenticity. In Mahabharata Wan Parve Hrishi Vedvaysa has written" Janmani Jayate Shudra, Karmana Duojetsate". Means by birth all aer sudras, it is there karma that will make them Brahaman or so.
And vedvaysa is the one who wrote Vedas. So before you post something make your facts right OK.

What do you mean by I doubt your autheticity, what you read from Mahabharata is not relavant unless its from upanishads and above all the context is important..Dont teach me I am looking for a compromise.

Vovekanada said once in Madras after he was back from USA, that Upanishads are accertable as lonmg as they falls within the Boundries of Vedas. And Vedas is the suprime truth written by Our ancient Risghies. I am not dismissing Upanishads, what I m trying to tell is Upanishadas was written much letter time then Vedas, and the onw who wrote that has given his own interpatation. U will find one Sloka in Aurveda" JIVEM SARADAH SATAM" means life till 100 Years. But in Upanishadas U will find at lots of places that some Rajas live upto 1000 Years or so.
I m not trying to teach u Boss, all I want to tell u is that In the eyes of God all are equal. if not then I can give u one more exapmle of that. In both Balmaki Ramayan and Tulasi Ramayan as well as Kamb Ramayan, u will find that Lord Ram has worship Sabari, who by cast was SC/ST, and that is known as Sabari Nabdha Bhakti. One seperate chapter is there for that episode. So when Ram did not differnetate between two Human beings, then who we r to do so?

Dear brahmin,

Mr vipul is absolutely right.
and mahabharat and upnishad do not contradict each other. If they seem to do so, it your own lack of understanding and equal lack of knowledge

asai thamy,is a convert and paid cooli of missionaries to attack brahmins which was started first by english missionaries after they realised that hinduism can not be shaken if
brahmins are seperated from mainstream of hinduism.this was mooted by robert cardwell in
tirunelveli, an evagelist missionaries who set up first church in downsouth of T N.since then many converts were taught to attack brahmins.
oflate missionaries changed their stretegy and
ask christians to befriend with brahmins and weaken their belief and preach them about jesus.
also after noticing many churches are empty, now
many 'J C COFFEE SHOPS'have come up (jesus crist
coffee shops) inside the premises of church with
seperate entry where one could sip coffee with music of jesus and magazine displayed carefully
with cinema, women magazine along with jesus books in shelf also.so people must be careful about new method of evengalisation in cities by
christians vulchurs.even rock music are played in this J C coffee shops and j c eatery.hindus
particularly youths must be careful about this
new conversion agenda of asai thamby bosses.

ASHISH VERMA,

you are going against the concept of HINDUISM ...

if you promote the brotherhood among human beings then you will not remain as HINDU .....becoz as per HINDUISM ....humans are divided as per their caste ....

if you beleive in UNIVERSAL BROTHERHOOD ...then you are denying BHRAMMA,VISHNU & MAHESHWARA .....you are denying RAM and KRISHNA ...you are denying VEDAS ......

first you guys decide what exactly is HINDUISM ....

Bhakti
by V Ravi Kiran on Jun 19, 2008 11:54 AM  Permalink

Bhakti is not limited to certain castes within in the hindu religion. from an outward perspective it looks as if there is a superior and inferior caste! this should not be the case to the contrary.
