Raghupathy Bhat only following the footsteps of His Master - Yediruppa?
by rama on Jun 19, 2008 10:36 PM  Permalink

They has been much speculation on the death of Yediruppa - a death categorized as unnatural by the coroner. Some sections of themedia has insinuated that Yeddy had a hand in this death and the reason was Shoba - a first time MLA who Yeddy not only elevated as Minister but given Z category protection. This has caused huge resentment in loyal BJP workers passed over for minishership.

BJP's Will Give Soap Operas, Nothing else
by Vinay Siddama on Jun 19, 2008 10:28 PM  Permalink

They achieved their dream of their life time (Government in a Southern state) and they are determined to bust it (no Cong, JDS or Commie help needed).

Either they kill people or their own family members include driving them to suicide. Now the have any issue - Hogenakkal project to ensure more lives and property are lost.

Forget development. Forget Stable government. Karnataka people are in for lots of soap opera of the tragic comedy kind! The BJP looks determined to launch new serials even when the old serial is yet to end. What can we expect of a government where 1 out of 4 MLAs face criminal charges and where mining and real estate mafia are given plum ministerial postings!

Hogenekal Project
by Anand on Jun 19, 2008 07:23 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

If Tamilnadu implements drinking water project what bothers Karnataka? After all Bangalore is being fed with Kaveri water, so is two districts of Tamilnadu. Here nothing called state interest More over karnataka has accorded permission to this project way back in 1999.It has become habit of kannadigas to oppose whatever Tamil Nadu does. They lost almost all the court battles with TN. Now Karnataka leaders blabbering? Who cares. DOG BARKS AND CARAVAN PASSES.

The ruckus over Hogenekkal was a pre-election stunt by Yeddyurappa to get some cheap votes by hiring BJP goons to run amok in the state. He knows there is a weak case since Karnataka has already signed a NoC.

Only some lawyer - a BJP lackey will benefit by charging hefty fees in a legal battle.

The people like you are the real BIG hindrance to Tamilnadu's growth. You wiil continue to suck all the benefis from Tamilnadu and you never show your loyalty to the state which you belongs.

We have woken up ., Love Tamilnadu or Leave to the place where you originated.

The best thing is SHUT UP and Don't bring the age old HINDU card for your play., I am also HINDU, can you allow me inside the Sanctum santorium of ANY temple?

Yes he did. Only when he visited Hogenekal project and made an inflammatory speech, did Karunadhi react. Till then BJP ally AIADMK, BJP (TN unit) etc where accusing Karunadhi of keeping mum on the issue.

It is common knowledge that BJP funded and instigated the goons to bo beserk

Nothing. Once Karnataka signed the NoC, the state cannot legally retract. Only some lawyer, some BJP lackey will benefit by charging astronomical fees to hoodwink the public that Yeddyurappa means business
