Unanswered questions??
by sk sk on Jun 19, 2008 11:25 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Why Aarushi's ORKUT account got edited after the murder; who can change the password and edit it and Why? Can CBI make this clear to public?

As per CBI both parents told lies; can public know what they are lying?

Why would Hemraj ask Krishna to bring kukuri? Does it mean murder was pre planned; then what is the motive?

If somebody goes to rape does he go with Kukri?

How can these many people have access to whole house? Shouldn't the parents advice girl to lock the door before sleeping if they know that servant can roam inside the house freely in the night?

If Krishna was involved; he could have easily runaway in the initial days of investigation?

Krishna's other owner some retired Officer told he know krishna from childhood (8years old) and told Krishna never drank? Who is lying here?

There are lot many like these things to be answered by CBI.

Hope truth comes out by God Grace...!!!

Krishna says that Rajkumar had the beer. But there was a whiskey bottle in the room with three glasses.

The khukri was requested by Hemaraj and that was a day before the murder. According to Krishna he indeed carried the Khukri and gave it to Hemaraj.
It is possible in three bed room house with servant quarters and AC rooms ,the sound may not be heard perticularly if you have locked the doors and also deep in sleep at night 2 am to 4 am.
Krishna seems to be a hard criminal and hard to crack. But he started singing now and reveal more.
The important aspect of the case was to find out the motive.
If Aurishi's body was preserved it could have been very easy to find out more clues for the CBI.
Earlier reports on this murder mystery suggested semen marks on Aurish cloths.

But now the case is not becoming complex at least.
It has started to reveal slowly but surely.

This case has baffled up the entire country. I guess it is going to be most mysterious murder case in the india crime history.Link-ups made by UP cops and CBI are completly different. If parents are not the culprits, then definitely they have gone through a tough phase. But i m sure some thing wrong is from parents side and they are trying to hide it from the very beginning. I find the role of aarushi's mother suspectable, her gestures in front of media reveals her hatred aginst her daughter. Any how , parents should not be given clean-chit in this murder

It is good that CBI has taken up the case.

It may be that Krishna was also involved in this rape attempt along with Hemaraj and Rajkumar.
A killer who come with an intention to kill would not come to the house to have drinks!

Krishna was probably thrown backwards when the girl resisted and that is why his hand print was there on the AC ventlet.

May be Hemaraj,Rajkumar and Krishan all after having drinks went in to her room to rape her.

They may have realised it was not that easy to rape a woman.
In so many cases all over the world rapists revealed that they strongulated the victim while raping or they strangulated her and raped a dead body !.
If the rape only happened on that poor kid Aurishi , her parents could have hushed up the whole incident , could not have gone to police for loss of pristige.
Rajkumar and the other could have lost the jobs ! that was all.
It is man's world after all.
Press spread rumours that she was having affairs with classmates just because she sent SMS messages to her classmates.
And idioitc UP police, in their utter stupid behaviour , told in front of the press that Aurishi,14 year old girl was having sexual relations with an old servant who even had a son-in-law. And that her parents came to know this and executed a honour killing!
This proves again that this is a man's world
and all women including kids do not have any protection either from press or even from police.
They are ready to pounce on weaker sex because it is easy to tarnish a woman.

Real culprit is media...Too much freedom is given to media..Did you see a single dead body in 9/11 telecast by America...no...No one can be more liberated than America ...still thier media knows the limit....Our media was blemishing charecter of parents and a little inocent girl who was the victim....These type of propogates should be banned for minimum 6 months...specially AAAJTAK

very simple
by Bharat Vasi on Jun 19, 2008 10:27 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

If a pillow is put on somebody's mouth before murdering or trying to rape..or if some cloth is put in victim's mouth how can she shout. If she can not shout how can people sleeping in the next room hear voice...!!! It is amazing that people still believe that parents are culprits...after all this...

Hi,

Agree with your observation, but you should also note that attempt to rape was the first one and then when the girl resisted, they killed her.
