nice story CBI. Best screenplay award. After a few months everyone will forget, then the Talwars can go on and the servants rot in jail.

yes..they are...now they are living on their old credit....may they were forced or morale gone down seeing the so much of political influence... If you daily barged on your servants they will loose interest in you and your family matters...same here with CBI..they may be cursing that whatever good they do ..some politician will play them down..so just do naukari and do retire without doing justice to naukari...

Things dont connect
by ashok kumar on Jun 19, 2008 01:27 PM  Permalink

Even if we assume that Dr. Talwar was having an affair, where does Arushi come into the picture in all this? Dr. Talwar's wife will be affected by this and not Arushi. And why would a father kill his daughter? Initially the police claimed that Dr. Talwar did all this. Somehow things dont connect. This is one hell of a case...The person/persons invloved seem to be extremely devious........

In rich families the female kids are easy prey to these rogue in house servents. Why allow this in first step and blame the police of not finding who raped and murdered. India is no more a safe place to live for rich and decent families. sorry to say this.

Ultimate theories
by thahalka on Jun 19, 2008 01:09 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

1. If Murder was the motive, then accused could have planned when the parents used to be away from house. Particularly mother.
2. Drinking beer and rape attempt is an impossible theory, as servants can not dare such act, when parents are there in the home, and more when they are awake next room.
3. Hemraj calling for Khukri and murder committed by Rajkumar is totally baseless.
4. If these servants have committed the crime they can not hold themselves to normalcy after the investigation started. They would have fled the scene.
5. Behaviour of the parents, prima-facie are suspicious.

The act has been committed by Professional, with the knowledge of parent.

But they under estimated UP Police, who made entry to roof where Hemraj was found. Had Professional Killers conceal Hemraj in a far away place, the case could have booked against Hemraj as Missing person, and closed there itself.

Now these poor servants are made scape-goat by the system, whereas the main culprits are yet to come out.

In no way these servants can work in the household after committing the crime.

Conclusion : The murder has been committed by Dr. Talwar or got it done by Professional.
Slip up - They could not destroy Hemraj. If they were successful in doing that, this case would have gone unsolved hunting for Hemraj for years to come.

Your conclusion is right.

The Talwars and the Durrani's might be involved in some illegal activity, which came to the knowledge of Aarushi and Hemraj by chance.

Why is the Police and CBI not looking into that ascpect????

With the arrest of these servants, it is clear they are being framed. If you notice generally when ever the servants commit the crime they immediately fled the place.

Which very clearly proves the servants are being made the Scapegoat for some body more powerful and also financially strong.

if the parents were indeed involved and paid the likes of rajkumar, krishna, couldn't they have gone out for the evening thus nullifying the question of their presence in the house during the murder ??

Is thahalka a commie for whom every criminal act performed by a so called downtrodden is a class war. How many murders and theft had been committed by the servants in last one year in Delhi? Must be close to 100. So why to disbelive the investigation report at such early stage and how he is so sure that the sevants are made scape goats

had her parents been involved, surely they would have used their car to dispose off hemraj's body in a remote area and not left it waiting for the cops to find it !!
This crime seems too amateurish

i hope you have a child. can you kill your own child? just think about it and then you will realise how painful it is. Arushi was the only child of Dr. Talwar. For fourteen years he did everything to ensure her happiness. suddenlly he is being branded as a murderer. can you imagine the trauma he is going through? he has lost his only child...and now being called murderer of his own child...just because insensitive people like you and UP police are too many in our society. now please shut up your dirty mouth and let CBI do the investigation. you will know the real culprit soon and the way you are upto proving Dr. Talwar as a killer i suspect it might be behind everything.

Well said. Why ppl are tring to defend the servants is beyond me.We have so many cases where servants have killed for theft or for being scolded, why in this case is it impossible.

Guys! Isnt it possible that Krishna has been paid by Durani (When Talwar's are with CBI) to take the blame on himself. MIght be they might have promised he wwont get a death sentence. A good old bolywood flick.

Whats the motive for a father to kill his own child. understand there is no motive. if the father has illegal relationship the person who is going to get affected is his wife and not daughter . So if wife would have been killed or something like that then we can look at it like that. the motive looks so stupid for me to kill somebody leave alone his own daughter. i bet its going to be hemaraj was the target and arushi was incidental.

i dont think so mate . even if its adopted he would have simply sent her to a hostel if she has problems with his relationship. hey comeon even in my wildest thought i cannot make this story. if rajesh is the killer then motive is something very strong and not this cock and bull story of duranis. and also to your question of they paying money if Dr durani knows rajesh as the culprit and the reason was his wife do you think he will pay ...............
