final out come of this mistry will be as under. 1)nupur,rajesh,anita,prafull,and the many other friends of these were involved. 2)they hired professionals for killing. 3)motive-arushi and hemraj were knew about some bad things about these so called morden society and some stage they might be black mailing to the whole group.for sack of prestige in society they did these. 4)court judgement-all are found guilty. 5)punishment-hang until death.penlty.all the prperties of this group transferd for child walfare

If Hemraj was threatening to expose them, then why did, according to Krishna, Hemraj ask him to take the khukri to the house? If Hemraj asked him to take the Khukri, the Hemraj must also be part of some plan, in which case why should he want to expose the others?

I think Media persons know much than POlice or CBI persons. They are making in their own ways and making the people fools, even they are not trying to go the truth of the case. One should not do the baseless talks. We each have the children and if the CBI is telling truth we should beware of servents and have a close eyes on their each activities. And in coming days people will avoid to occupy a servant.
It pains to say this but ............Whatever the outcome ..Ramsey Brothers are here to make a film...the twist in the film also cover the murdur of Karnataka MLA wife ...just to spiceup his movie...rakhi will play role of Karnataka MLA's wife ..hunting 4 role of Arushi.
Hi, The simple case has been so much botched by UP Police and then by CBI that truth has been lost. The body language of talwars and durranis are showing that they have something to hide. CBI should also take into account the reaction of talwars and durranis after arushi murder. The Parents not Knowing about entry of 4 persons in the house at night, shows how callous they have become for their daughter.Why the person will destroy mobile and then why will he delete pictures on the camera. The talwar not knowing that Hemraj has been murdered. Why they have taken time to open the door. The haste with which they flee to hardwar, CBI chould also apply common sense in investigation. Narco- analysis , polygraph test all are ok to establish the case before the court. But they should apply common sense ant intellect which The CBI seems to lack. We have third class officers in Police and CBI.
When a group of people tried to force Aarushi and subseqnet murder of two peopl, all these cannot happen witout any sound. Dr. Talwar room was 5 feet away from Aarushi. All the above acts happend while Aaarushi's door was opened. Why Dr. Talwar took sleeping pill on that night. Why Dr. Durgani is subjected pshcotest. I think, all these people are one way or other might be involved in the crime.

I think the AC was noisy. Same case with Sreeshant , his hotel AC was too noisy. But he is a clever guy, he knew if any murder takes place in the next room , he will not hear & he will be balmed & will be unable to play cricket. So he fought with hotel staff for change of room where AC was not noisy. Sometimes in houses there is full scale robbery (TV , DVD players , jewellry is robbed) and the residents dont wake up coz they are in deep sleep. So how can you assume the parents heard anything.
Time was such questions never arose. Time is police first suspect family and it needs the word of a conspirer in the murder to clear the parents. Not a edict from the police or verdict from the court. Who matters?

Abe dumbo no. 1 , Krishna has not admitted to the crime, when in his senses, it is only when under narco-analysis, where truth serum is injected into the body that he babbled everything. It is easy to speak lies when you are fully awake, but under drugs you have less control on your speech and then you speak the truth. I hope in your next birth God gives your some brains.
if we go back and see the news reports on her autopsy, she was killed with clinical precision ( by someone who knows how to perform surgeries). can a housemaid who is drunk and unskilled do that??? just a question to ponder
