As per the sources this case is been solved 15 days back.....but the Media is trying to make this case littel bit long...some sources hav confirm that the media is paying huge money to mayavati , UP cops & CBI.....as well as Talwar's are ben agreed to pay the huge money... This case is filling the bank's of Media is like anything.........!! The latest devlopment in the drama is that after 15 days there wld be dramatic turn in this case were talwar's and servent wld be freed and "SHAMBU" will be charged with murder...this unknwn man will Nepali with another charge of murder and will be putted on his head....he wld too will be paid...!!! GOD SAVE OUR COUNTRY FROM THIS CORRUPTE POLITICIANS AND THIS MEDIA..!!!!
Yet again CBI is yeilding to the money power. In the whole episode, these domestic workers and the compouder are made scape goats. Corruptive Brokers and investigators (CBI) will never give real picture to the world. It's waste of time, reading and following these news.

OF late there has been a tendency to blame the employers and shield the criminal naukars because they are poor. This is a dangerous trend and will encourage criminals.

How can you be so sure that CBI is yielding to money power? Wait for them to do their job and revert to court with their findings.
It is easy to tarnish the reputation of people. We have no right to blame anyone. So, please be sensitive while commenting.
I dont agree with Krishna statement as highlighted here becoz if there were 4 servants together and among them one Hemraj middle aged man was altogether staying with the family would had ever permit Rajkumar to went to Aarushi room and would never atleast oppose about the movement of Raj kumar in the house as parents were also there? when all had taken beer together,how they were so consious that Hemraj threatened to disclose about the murder and atleast didnt try to shout and defend himself before being murdered? Khurki belong to whom? Why doctors didnt check their terrace and also police the next morning of murder? How is it possible Doctors didn't inquire about the mattresess being missing from the house? Why doctors didnt open their house after the first bell of their maid servant arrival in the morning? Why Krishna didnt disclose about the incident to anyone must be knowing one day anyone of them will caught so why he didnt run away.
I am telling you there is really something suspicious about the parents in Aarushi murder and Hemraj. Almighty will bring it sooner or later till this prime investigating agency is making story out of its desperate efforts to close the case. I would never accept that any parents will left for outstation next day (in the name of relgious rites) after their daughter being murdered in their own house. why parents didnt call police immediately after seeing arushi deadbody instead calling near dear. it is shame that the police and cbi cannot find the actual murderers and they are only doing tests and all. still the murderer is out and it is very dangerous for other people. the police should take immidiate actions and find the murderer and put hime behind the bars.
So if this story is correct all the news chaneels have to be fined for all that false information spread on news channels just increase the trp. ridiculous way of sensationalising. All of them have to be penalised so strongly that they will never attempt such false info spread so loudly and spoiling the image of the family. There should be some control on such false investigations by news agencies. Unless it is authentic it should not be aired to safegaurd the interest of individuals and families. I feel sorry for the family and am totally aghast and irritated at the attempts of news channels to point fingures at family members and their friends in this gruesome murder without having any evidence to that effect.

TV channels show what CBI and UP Polica claimed .. I agree they sensationalize the information .. but then that is their bread and butter ....

Can a educated farther kill his only daughter? UP Police goofed up the case and in fact has helped the killers. These cops should be sacked and sent to prision. Just think of a man who has not killed and is accused of killing his daugther and whose character is assianated. UP Police offcials specially the IPS chaps should be tried along with the criminal for destuction of evidences, character assisnation and for professinal incopetance.
all the alleged people in this case are neither hardcore terrorists nor criminals by profession still CBI cant extract the truth from them. what a shame for CBI and UP police. just shows how incompetent the law enforcement bodies are. after so many days they still cant get the truth out from a servant and a compounder.
Lates News : CBI claims that Osama Bin Laden along with the help of Musharraf killed innocent Aarushi as she knew that Musharraf was having an affair with Osama's third wife ...
Set another CBI enquiry to find out who, from whom & how much money has been received in CBI office, to plant this hypothetical story. Truth will be revealed soon.
