Real story as per what i think : A doctor couple in the friends circle of Talwars(you know who i'am hinting at)did not want Aarushi to know about some dark secret of their life..Aarushi came to know of it and started gossiping about it in school...the female doctor friend of Talwar started threatening Rajesh and Nupur that if their daughter did not stop her gossiping, she would be harmed...a scared Talwar started locking Aarushi in her room, fearing for her life.... The doctor couple then hatch a plan to eliminate Aarushi and bribe Rajkumar to do it...Rajkumar conveys this story to Shambu and also Vijay Mondal and the 3 communicate this to Krishna..Krishna vehemently opposes this plot and even calls up the CBI office one day before murder...but to no avail...
On the fateful night, Talwars are tricked into leaving their house in the middle of the night by a mysterious caller.....Talwars are led away from Jalvayu Vihar to the outskirts of Noida...
In the meanwhile, Shambu, Krishna and Rajkumar enter Talwar residence with an intent to kill Aarushi....they first finish off Hemraj in his room....then enter Aarushi's room and kill her and then drag Hemraj's body to terrace and lock it and escape via terrace route..
Talwars return and find Aarushi's room open but presume that she might have woken up for a glass of water.....don't even bother to check Hemraj's room...
Go to sleep....in the dead of the night, Vijay Mondal climbs one floor and bolts the Talwar residence fr

Would Hemraj invite 3 people over(Rajkumar, Shambu and Krishna) in the middle of the night and make them travel 4 km just for a pint of beer??
Why did Hemraj ask Krishna to bring the Khukri?? i never knew that to rape a woman, you need a Khukri....
If parents were sleeping in the next room, would servant class even attempt to take the risk of entering the daughter's room?? Do you think they are so stupid?? Also, why did Rajkumar enter Aarushi's room with Khukri??

Exactly...you cannot and should not trust Krishna...you can safely assume that Hemraj was innocent.....this story about Hemraj asking for a khukri is a concocted one... or if it was not a concocted one, Hemraj might have asked for a hukri ust for self protection...someone was threatening Hemraj as per a social worker in Noida...

all the alleged people in this case are neither hardcore terrorists nor criminals by profession still CBI cant extract the truth from them. what a shame for CBI and UP police. just shows how incompetent the law enforcement bodies are. after so many days they still cant get the truth out from a "servant" and a "compounder".

Well CBI is doing the things in a right way. But still they are succumbing to pressures from unknown quarters. First they had come up with a theory that the ACs of Arushi's room were tampered with to lessen the noise. That pointed to a pre-planned murder what happened to that theory? Again what is being done to ascertain the sleeping habits of Talwar? Was Rajesh drunk on that night? Whether Nupur Talwar takes sleeping pills? If Hemraj was one of the co-conspirators he might have laced Talwar's drink with some sort of sedatives? All this will never be known as NOIDA police has bungled the case from day one and now all we can de is to create new rumors a second, lust for more hearsay and bring up new theories. In my view the CBI should now concentrate on booking the Police personnel who have messed up the things. Aarushi might have been killed by anyone, but the NOIDA police is killer of justice. Aarushi's murderer might not strike again, but these lamoons wearing Khaki continue to kill and rape (remember Sarita) justice seekers all day and night. let Aarushi's case be an example where the accountability of local police in tracing the criminal is made the focal point of the case. Only this way Aarushi's little soul will rest in peace.

Absolutely. Punish the UP cops and restore some faith in the justice system, it’s the only good that could possibly come of this.
