Dear Rakesh, Cool down.....I think you have a lot of frustration locked up inside you. Read once again what you have written and you will realize how foolish your statements are.
Please do not expect and waste your time on media reports that the real killer is going to be brought out. The truth went out the day CBI was summoned. All you are going to get is Mahabharats and Krishna Leelas
If you want to know the truth - just work it out yourself ....there are less than 10 people involved which makes it quite an easy case. Putting together all media reports one can put it together irrespective of what CBI will eventually do!

ur request will be considered maybee another time..but as u said i am shouting..not writing..lol...shouting by writing...nice parlance...it does make sense..guess we need to do what seem comfortable for reading..whether its shouting or writing...at the end of the day..less fatigue..lesser stress..sometimes shouting is good for health..think about common sense parlance..it sounds practical..dont I..

well even if your letters may not be running...imagine the prospect of true justice if this case was not as high-profile as it has made into.
Sad!this is what i can think Off!!everyother day there is a person responsible.Tell me why a compounder should be interoggated after all these days?This case sees so many loop holes when it comes to acting upon comman sense.Why and how can an investigating agency talk and ascertain anbody as suspect or killer.Is our system so weak that a case like this does not get solved ?This case has seen so many twists wonder is there is an space left in viewers mind to actually take the final verdict if it ever comes.People might think its all made up!How i wish this country just knew how to rule an dset things right
Well though its hard to believe and at the same time a severe blot on the face of human relationship.... its quite certain that the murder has been committed by Dr. Rajesh Talwar.....the reason can only be ascertained by passing him through lie-detector test or even third-degree. 1. after killing Hemraj and hiding his body on the terrace Rajesh bolted and locked the door from inside the house. 2. He somehow prevented the police from looking up at the terrace and so putting the entire blame on Hemraj-the so called absconder. 3. He hurried off to Haridwar so that he could come back early and later dump Hemraj's body in some other safe place.
but his plan backfired and while he was away a neighbor noticed something fishy and called the police and subsequently finding Hemraj's body...thus blowing the lid off Rajesh Talwar's plan.

The terrace was locked from the terrace side...not from the Talwar residence side......it could not have been Rajesh Talwar....

in fact the very basis of the accusing finger pointing towards the Talwars is the fact that the terrace door was locked from the inside.

Pl don't draw hasty conclusions. The Mumbai police had a few years back arrested and prosecuted a father (I think his name is one Mr. Talpade) for killing his daughter but it turned out that he was not the culprit. In all probablity a father will not kill his "only" child, whatsoever may be the reason. Let the investigators do their work.

yes...it is improbable and beyond normal human comprehension but certainly not impossible....collusion of the Talwar's in some form or the other cannot be ruled out.... however i would be the happiest person if i was proved wrong coz it is a crime which somehow seems to make us all feel guilty.
As per Krishna's narco analysis, he claims that the cell phone of Hemraj was destroyed and cut into pieces...ABSOLUTE LIE!!!!! If that were the case, how come Rajesh Talwar called up on Hemraj's cell phone at 6AM the next morning and the call was recieved?? It was cut in 2 secs flat but if cell had been cut into pieces, it would have become dead...clear that Krishna is lying!!
Then where are the cell phones and the murder weapon?? WITH THIS MYSTERIOUS MAN SHAMBHU WHO IS RIGHT NOW NOT IN NOIDA!!
Now all the pieces of jigsaw puzzle fit in....Vijay Mondal locks the Talwars up so that Shambhu gets time to escape with murder weapon and cell phones from Noida....just to buy that addtional 15/20 minutes to make good his escape...
