Arushi Murder Case
by Arun Sharma on Jun 19, 2008 10:09 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Hi ,
Technically even if u have culprit at ur hand , he cannt be proved guilty till the time u have motive behind the killing , so that has to be ascertianed before a person can be tried

precisely why the cops should be booked instead of the culprits. they wasted all the evidence, and probably destroyed it too. why did they let the parents cremate in a hurry , when it was an intriguing case ?

unrevealed truth
by Gargi Sharma on Jun 19, 2008 10:02 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I think CBI & media , everyone is hiding the truth..CBI either have got the information about the culprit or making stories to prove themselves...whatever stories CBI is telling is not relevant..they will stretch the case like this for another 1 month and after that media and general public will forget abt this...

here i wud like to add the vry famous joke abt the Indian Police...
" once 3 countries police were supposed to prove tht they r the best.. so tehy r asked to go to the forest n come bck with the lion...
FBI and AFP came back with lion in 4 hour..but after waiting for the whole day for CBI..jury member decided to go to forest to search CBI..
there they found that CBI was bitting and torturing a bear and telling him to confess that " he is a lion"..
i think this gives the clear picture about the CBI.. i dont have anything to say..

You are the kind of person who will only criticize things! I am sorry for you. Instead of appriciating efforts of CBI you are cracking jokes at police. After all police are also human beings..(acting under tremendous pressure of politicians and media...

Real culprit is media...Too much freedom is given to media..Did you see a single dead body in 9/11 telecast by America...no...No one can be more liberated than America ...still thier media knows the limit....Our media was blemishing charecter of parents and a little inocent girl who was the victim....These type of propogates should be banned for minimum 6 months...specially AAAJTAK

If you have followed Rajive Gandhi assasination case and arrests they made you would probably appreciate the fact that the CBI is the second best police force in the world after the scotland yard of England.

Joke of the day... CBI traps another scapegoat
by Subhramanian on Jun 19, 2008 09:42 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This is the joke of the century.... Two innocent parents relaxing in their room and in a spite of their presence, a murderer enters their daughter's room kills her and kill Hemraj and slowly goes out. All the doors open quitely for the killer, none knows... the Talwars still sleeping peacefully.
Wonderful... is this Butterfly Effect, Chaos Theory, Hollywood's Hitchcock/Shyamalan movie or Bollywood's Ramsay brother or Tollywoods Rajni stunt...
Ha Ha Ha... this happens only in India friends. The evil influential riches do crime and then blame some innocent people who struggle hard for a square meal.
Shame on Indian judiciary and the notorious Delhi pentangle of politician-police-lawyer-businessman-doctor.

You could be right. But you could also be wrong: hideous 'outhouse' guests may actually have engaged in the unspeakable. Perhaps that would be far more shameful for it implies we stood by while the concept of the father was bludgeoned before our eyes because the facts did not match our notions.

The whole idea of principles is protection against our easy to make assumptions and notions driven by instincts. As a society we have lost them. We need a Gandhi to restore them to us and not of the spelling variety. The all quiet on the political front proves my point.

UPtill now i felt talwars r the murderers.
But 3 beer glasses found in servants room gives rise to doubts of someother people.
rajkumar tried to rape arushi and killed her can be true.
They killed hemraj also so that no witness is alive.
but how come in all this commotion in the house talwars were sleeping.
who tried to delete pics from camera, delete profiles
talwars and durrannis relationships.
Best would be to send rajesh nupur praful anita rajkumar krishna to the gallows.
i feel very sad for arushi.poor girl may god give peace and rest and nice birth to arushi and hemraj.i pray to god to give hemraj and arushi new births in aristocratic family or highly qualified brahamana family.

CBI under scrutiny
by Ajay Pargaonkar on Jun 19, 2008 09:34 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Its been over a month since this case was taken bu the police & CBI. Very difficult to understand that the top noth security acency of a country like india is pondering over a small murder case...acc to survey 3 people are killed every hour, assuming this how can the CBI afford to waste such big amt of time on Arushis murder. I think the case must have been already solved and the CBI & influential people must be waiting for the media hype to get over because it usually happens in india that media fails to take a follow up on a certain issue after some time and the culprits can buy help

Hi , i agree to you, this is unfortunate that a 14 yr girl is murdered that too when everybody is at home...but my concern was that how can agencies like CBI take so much of time in solving this case, dont they have resources, dont they have brains (they are supposed to be best in the country), then why is this delay. i hope u agree to this

MURDER MYSTRY
by k l sharma on Jun 19, 2008 09:34 AM  Permalink

THis time it seems CBI is on the right track. But all this faux paus only shows whay a shoddy police we have. We need professional experts to track crime the way Sctland Yard or other police of western countries do, who can track a murderer even from a strand of hair, by D.N.A. analysis. Here life is very cheap and if the police cannot do anything in 3-4 days every thing is forgotten and forgiven. Our police is too busy providing protection to politicians ans VIPs. If the media would not have raised its hue and cry this murder too would have been long forgotten I hope the media can equally highlight every crime and not inly those in or aroung Delhi and Mumbai.

CBI is picking up all servants of Delhi and subject them for narco test. Why they do not resort to narco test on the prime accused Talwars and cloudy Durranis even after a spate of contradictions and loose ends? May be narco may not work upon certain class of people..!!

Narco Analysis Tests
by Kiran CB on Jun 19, 2008 09:31 AM  Permalink

From the day the incident took place, all of we have seen various revealations in this case, and what I have seen yesterday on some news channels was very confusing. On one hand CBI says that the case is almost solved, on the other hand it also says that Dr. Rajesh, Nupur and Krishna had lied in their lie detector tests, then what is the truth...? if everybody is lying then who is talking the truth....? and How this case will be solved....? As per the Krishna's statement during the test three men entered, himself, Rajkumar and Shambhu, now who the hell is this Shambhu and if he had entered with Krishna, then how krishna says that he doesn't know Shambhu...? Lots of other questions which doesn't have answers and on this basis How the case will be sloved...?
