At the outset I request those who differ with my views to use decent & parliamentary language.There is nothing to criticise about the meeting of the two friends after decades except to appreciate the warmth of the cherished freindship they remembered and recalled for a while.True freindshhip does not suffer from the barriers of religion or region,but only knows purety and sweetness of companionship.We should not go on doubting every thing and attribute motives.Those who taste the sweetness of the real friendship will certainly appreciate as to what would be extent of ecstecy when two chidhood freinds meet after decades-that too from two different countries.The way the meeting is narrated and described by rediff reminds me of the meeting of Sudhama with Lord Krishna,his childhood freind and how Krishna received the former and how they confabulated and fondly recapitulated the incidents of their childhood.The "desi" footwear Raja presented to Dr Singh reminds us of the hand pound "Chuduwa"Sudhama,otherwise known as "Kuchela" brought to Krishna.Of all the bondages unrelated to blood,freindship is said to be the greatest and sweetest.Some times it far exceeds the blood relationship in terms of the sacrifices;one can live without relatives,but it is difficult to live without a freind who alone can act as safety valve during the times of misery and distress.A Freind is also a philosopher and guide to tender his advice,takes into bosom & brighten one's life when relatives abandon.
Dr Singh looks emotional to me, the kind of statements he gives in the press and the kind of personality he carries.....I wonder he is our PM....I think a PM should be very aggressive and practical person...

it's fine Mr. Singh is PM but he's also human being. plz don't expect him to be rebort. I think there's no harm in sharing warm feelings with someone who has spent nice years of one's life. Also, it reminds us to be nice and friendly with each other n shun extremism. God Bless You.

So there you have it, that leaves Jews, Hindus and its off shoots Buddhism, Sikhism, Jainism.
