The real killer or the mastermind is not Krishna!!
by David Coverdale on Jun 17, 2008 08:07 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I have no doubt in my mind that the real perpetrators of this heinous crime are doctors......

There is far more to it than meets the eye...what motive does Krishna have to kill Aarushi?? No motive at all....if he had wanted to exact revenge for humiliation, he could have murdered Dr Talwar......

Even if Krishna is the murderer, he is just doing the act...he is not the mastermind...the mastermind is someone else...i hope you people know who i'am hinting at......

One more thing, the Talwars might not be above suspicion, but they have NOT murdered their only daughter......so now you know who can be the mastermind!!

confession
by manoj yadav on Jun 17, 2008 07:49 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is hard to believe that krishna has confessed about the crime. If at all he had confessed the police would have also got the weapon, the accompliser and the motive.
Krishna has no motive to kill.
Krishna's relatives have already said in an interview that the have a khukri and NOIDA police had already examined that weapon.
CBI lawyer today evening said on ndtv that he didn't know if krishna has confessed. How is it possible that the person who is asking for police remand doesnot know such a vital fact.
CBI is under pressure due to media scrutiny.
IF KRISHNA is guilty than DR TALWAR should be released. On the one hand they are trying to prove dr talwar guilty and on the other hand KRISHNA.
TODAY they are saying KRISHNA'S fingerprint are found.WE must not forget that this fingerprint were taken after 15 days of the crime.Krishna being a worker of that house can easily get his fingerprint all-around the house.Getting his fingerprint has no meaning without getting the weapon or motive.

That poor guy was forced to confess maybe!! The Talwar couple did that cold-blodded crime and now they being influential Delhite, part of the crime pentangle of police-politicians-doctors-lawyers-businessman who rule this country, are trying to coverupo the case.
Shame on this country's judicial system. They brought a poor fellow from nowhere to take the blame of the honour killing.

do u read manohar kahaniyan.... or those hindi pocket books too much?
hay guys time for us start believing in the top agencies of the country - than just speculating. They haven said talwars aren't involved and he was the only one.
The fact that u believe that a local dentist can buy CBI - country's topmost inv. agency shows that the nation needs better leaders who would get back trust of people in themselves and the establishment.

Ok do u believe that in presence of the parents an intruder would enter a flat and kill two people and the parnets wont know for long time. Ha Ha... u seem to read those AMAR CHITRAKATHA... where invisible ghosts murder people.
Man there is more to see than that meets the eye. Delhi is the seat of organized crime. Do you know India's major drug trafficing is based on Noida and that too numerous doctors, teachers and students were involved in it.
Especially the school where Aarushi studied came into frontline for so many wrong reasons...

Subramaniam,
What you are saying might be true....but why are you not soubting the Durranis?? Do you think Anita Durrani looks innocent?? If you observe closely, there is a vicious look in her......i can identify vicious people just by looking in their eyes...she fits the bill of a vicious vamp to the T....look in the eyss of Nupur Talwar...there is a lost expression and a very sad look...she will not kill her daughter!!

'Looks' in peoples' eyes are not evidence of bad character or intent to murder. What sort of half baked logic is that?

and you are not omnipotent. You can't know things like that, so quit the narcissism.
A lot of people look creepy or suspicious and are completely innocent

The Durani s are part of the game of swapping. But the murderers are the Talwars ... no doubt. Boss donet get fooled by crocodile tears. They are as fake as "SATYAMEVA JAYATE" vow taken by our politicians.
In general if a daughter gets killed mothers break into tears... hopefully you saw the footage of the deserted family when in UP a BSP minister killed a police... U understand now .. rt? Mrs Talwar knows everything and now she has to gain some sympathy...

I don't want to cast any aspiration on the CBI.
They are competent enough to solve this promblem.
But I FEEL that the NOIDA POLICE have created a mess. They didnot prevent people from roaming at the crime scene, collect evidence, blindly believed dr talwar's story of hemraj being the culprit on first day, allowing dr talwar ample time to destroy evidence if any,

Till date has CBI solved any critical crime. In India the real murderers move around and poor peple get condemned.
All these CBI/Police are slaves of politicians. They are just dogs without the bark. Just have a look at the ministers and some of the Bollywood stars... people having serious offence charges (like rape, murder, extortion..) are moving freely.
Do you belive in India there are proper law and order?

aarushi case
by ppr ibp on Jun 17, 2008 07:45 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The whole problem is the day to day reporting of the case. There is really no need to publicise each and every aspect of the case in full public view. Give the CBI full fifteen days during which time there should be a ban on the media to discuss the case. After 15 days CBI can give a briefing.

In fifteen days they would torture Krishna and force him to accept the blame. The real murderers Dr. Talwars would be set free and they can continue their shameful couple-swapping etc etc...

GOD CONTROL THIS DEMON else we are sure to see the pessimists winning the battle

Whither principles?
by Pawan Singh on Jun 17, 2008 07:44 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

We appear to be a society w/o principles. The father has spent a month in jail w/o evidence. Apart from loosing his daughter he has lost his business. No society should permit such draconian action on mere suspicion.

It is notable that no political party has noted anything amiss at the treatment being meted out to Dr.Rajesh Talwar. We are truly bereft of leaders.

Gentlemen, you all apparently feel that circumstantial evidence is enough to convict a man and that Dr.Talwar had no right to sleep soundly with a layout that permitted independent entry to his child's room. Tough standards. I wish they were applied even half as stringently on our leaders. However, my point remains: Dr.Talwar is the father. Hang him if guilt is proven. Till then treat him with commiseration. Only then will he be looked upon as an exception. Failing that we are inclined to think "What have fathers come to? We must prepare to live with suspicion." Turning neurotic would just be a step away.

Pawan try to understand... if in a home an intruder comes they would be the first to know. They butchered their daughter for her amorous lifestyle and they should be belted punishment.
Instead a poor fella is being harassed and tortured.

India is a great country.

Here young girls are raped and molested every day.
People can bring whole city and even states to standstill at their whim and fancies.
Killers and fodder-thieves are made CMs and PMs.
Govt. provides money to arab countries to make ensure sky-rocketing price of petroleum in international market.
Massacring of innocent people is not an issue but terrorists should not be captured or punished.

Hello, The killer is Aarushis father and mom and the compounder are the silent witnesses. But now due to media pressure and because |CBI now cannot arrest thesame man as the local polica have arrested they have decided to scapegoat the compounder. But in the end - after 10 years the case will still be running in the court with no convictions and then if you ask somebody about this case the reply will be "Aarushi who"? Yes thats INDIA man ...

They should put Nupur Talwar and Rajesh Talwar into Narco Analysis test. As they were at home when the murder took place, they are definitely hiding something. Also I feel these CBI people are also corrupted... The Talwars wud have paid them heavily and also Krishna's family

CBI is becoming a joke in the name of justice. Second time, they are letting the rich go free in NOIDA. Parents are sleeping in the same house and their compounder (what motive) comes in and murders two people without the parents waking up. Give me a break.
