Motive is not clear, CBI working overtime to save Talwars, Durranis and Pandhers. Poor people are trapped and rich get away. Its a sham justice system.

CBI or criminal bureau of investigation is a political organization, more political than Congress I. They know whom to save from their political masters, even Shibu Soren with an open and shut case was acquited becoz of Congress pressure. How long will this travesty of justice continue in this country, even the British rulers were better.

With no motive left, the CBI will make it a lust killing. Shame on CBI. What does Talwar's confession to Noida police mean that he killed Aarushi? Should Noida police be put behind bars.

If they left by the terrace who locked the terrace door from the inside? Did the Talwars find that the terrace door was accidentally left open and close it and go to sleep?

Quite credible story.By the way who is Banita Ruddani?
1) Having a Khukri in his residence appears to be very common. 2) Why did they not get it on the same day they went to his house. I remember that he had been arrested after more than ten days of illegal detention. I cant make out why should they talk to the press in bits and pieces as though they need the approval of the media and public. Professionalism, in my opinion, mandates that the result should be revealed only after completion of the investigation.
AND MOST STRANGELY, I HEARD THAT R K ANAND HAS TAKEN UP THE DEFENCE OF KRISHNA. I DO NOT HOW A DOMESTIC HELP CAN HIRE A HIGH PROFILE ADVOCATE. I AM ALSO NOT SURE IF HE IS THE SAME PERSON WHO WAS ALLEGED TO HAVE NEGOTIATED WITH WITNESSES IN ANOTHER CRIMINAL CASE.

hey anu malik you better compose music you are a faliure in observance. both aarushi and hemraj were killed by jesus christ for they had sinned. and i know this because i am jesus christ.......stop you all sherlock holmes
This is pure speculation so take this with a pinch of salt but i have pieced together a story : Talwars and Ruddanis are involved in some shady underhand stuff.......Aarushi got wind of this fact and started gossiping about this in school...Talwar asks her to put a tight lid on her mouth but she does not listen......Banita Ruddani gives an ultimatum to Rajesh that if he does not reign in his daughter, she will come to serious harm....a veiled threat is given...Rajesh gets scared and fearing for safety of his beloved daughter, starts locking her inside her room at night.....cos Banita Ruddani visits them very often and could harm her....
Ruddanis then hatch a plan with their servant Rajkumar.... Rajkumar pursuades Krishna and reminds him of all the humiliation that he has undergone at the hands of Talwar....
Ruddanis, on that fateful night, invite Talwars over late at night, for a meeting.... At the same time, Rajkumar and Krishna enter Talwar residence....Hemraj greets them....they have a drink and after drinks, Hemraj is taken to terrace where he is killed to cover up for Aarushi's impending murder...then Krishna and Rajkumar enter aarushi's room and murder her...
Both exit by the terrace route...... Talwars return and don't check on the servant or their daughter assuming they are sound asleep.....
Next morning, the maid comes and the whole drama unfolds....

A question please. If the killers escaped by the terrace who could have locked the terrace door from the inside? (As you may recall the terrace door was locked from the inside which prevented Hemraj's body from being found.)
That poor servant has been getting the beating of his life....and with that kind of beating dont be surprised if he confesses killing Mahatma Gandhi,Indira Gandhi and and Rajiv Gandhi also.
The whole investigation has been botched up by Noida police at the very begining.
I am at pains to accept the fact that Krishna and/or Raj Kumar are the killers.
Logic has it that whenever a domestic help is involved in a crime they have broken down and admitted the crime. They both holding steadfast for almost 2-3 weeks points a finger at the something more sinister and involvement of the doctors .
CBI is trying to make a scapegoat out of Krishna and Raj Kumar. Maybe they have been unknowingly and cleverly used by the Talwars and Durranis in these premeditated murders.
It is a baffling murder to solve at the end of which I think an innocent soul will be charged.

Don't worry...the CBI will solve the case...the reason why the CBI is keeping Krishna under arrest is two fold : A) To get to the real masterminds B) If he is let free at this stage, the masterminds might blackmail him, tempt him with money, even kill him.....so the CBI is playing a game....once all the information comes out, we will know the real killers......and we all know now who the real killers are...they are doctors and they are family freinds of the Talwars.....

With that kind of detailed description you will have CBI knocking at your doors.....only a person who is involved will have such a detailed idea of things that happened.
One thing you failed to explain Mr Sherlock Holmes.....the house of Talwars was locked from outside when the maid came in the morning....what about that????

who the hell are these Ruddanis. How come they didn't exit all these days. Do you know them? And what is that shady underhand stuff that you are talking of? where did you get this idea from? Please answer these questions.

Perfect Mr. Holmes. The only missing part is that you have to give birth to Ruddanis (they dont exist, thought Durranis do)
i am really upset about this murder.arushi was so cute and talented.i believe parents r the killers and should be punished.i really wish from my heart our investigating agency CBI is capable and r able to send both the parents to the gallows.

Yes Aishwarya.... I feel pity for that girl too. She fell pray to the so-called Western ailments for the heinous lifestyle for her parnets and finally succumbed in the honour killing. I tell u not only the Talwars but also Durranis should be punished. They didnt take part in the murder directlyu but were part of the plannning.

Yes and I suppose a little ass brayed that into your ears at night, oh wait, no you've been talking to yourself. The beautiful thing about it all...not a shred of evidence...
belief...who the hell cares about that. Belief is not knowledge and it is definitely not evidence towards any. It is quite repulsive how you can in such a cavalier fashion suggest that the parents would so brutally murder their own daughter without an ounce of an argument...
The operating observation being, not just murder but brutally murder their own daughter.
Hemraj tells Aarushi that their parents are into couple swapping and that is y they used to lock her room every night. Aarushi doesn't believe it, so Hemraj asks Krishna to get Khukri which he does so to break open the lock of Aarushi's room... If you read the police comments initially, they said on that night her door wasn't locked... Aarushi gets to know abt whats happening and questions their parents.... Dr Talwar gets furious, takes the same khukri and kills her... Meanwhile the Durranis and Talwars catch hemraj and also kill him
