It is possible if she was already hit on the head, or if she was gagged. In both the cases, she, naturally could not scream and the possibilities of parents not hearing is very strong. I have lived in New delhi and I know how noisy the coolers and ACs can be.

Dear Neelima, you are forgetting that killer got enough time to remove all stains from walls, stairs. Pull Hemraj's body to terrace. These things take time.

Injuries on both the victims are similar in nature. If one had died silently other would have definitely put up some resistance. If the whole family was drugged why did they kill only daughter and a servant. If killers knew everything in that house, they knew the bedroom on Dr. Talwar as well. Why did'nt they latch their bedroom before they commit the crime? Why didn't they kill Talwars. The forensic study on the house suggests Dr. Talwars' bedroom was open and not closed.

why would parents kill their only daughter? May be someone fed something to her and her parents to make them unconcious.

cbi seems to be: - deliberately sabotaging the nation's interests, - irreparably cutting off hindus from our ancient-thoughts, - hanging the innocents, - setting free some of the most dangerous and terroristic people in india...

To think of it, is a nepali servent intellectual enuf to delete fotos from a digicam? The cam came to the house on that very day. if the fotos were not deleted while clicking, which the CBI thinks they cudn't have been, then the whole thing can't be work of a mere servant.
I feel CBI has been doing well so far. think of it, earlier it was a scalpel acc to Noida police. if not for CBI, people wud still be searching for a scalpel.
CBI must be holding back info so that culprits wud not get alerted. if they had voiced suspicions on krishna earlier than they shud have, definitely he wud have prepared his defense.

Think for a min..Curiousioty might delete photos ...Isnt it a possibility...?? Sometimes some cases are complex..Can not judge someone just by media reports....

Exactly......Krishna might just be the hired killer....the masterminds are still at large......hopefully the CBI will nab the mastermind soon!!
I think Aarushi somehow got involved with sexual relation.She had both of them Hemraj and Krishna.Later on she liked Hemraj and Krishna got angry and informed Aarushi's father.They both decided to kill aarushi.One way Krishna's jealous win over by killing Hemraj and Aarushi's father avoided the shame.Both of them are involved for sure.Poor Aarushi's mother she does not have guts.It is a typical Delhi type case where men controls everything.Eat to shit.

krishna wanted to prove he was brave (bhadoooor) so he killed hemraj....arushi witnessed the incident...so had to pay the price. He wanted to use a talwar...so the cops would think the talwars used the talwar...but couldnt find one...instead he used the khukri...hence my friends...the killer is krishna

One of the channels (Aajtak - Sabse Tez news provider!)went to Krishna's quarters to show where he slept along with three other members of the family and how he could NOT have moved out without somebody else noticing. They simply bought the word of the family member to show a place in the room which was away from the door as the place where krishna used to sleep. Then they went on to hypothesize about what may have happened at Talwar's house.
Pretty ameteurish work. These days the channel looks like taken over by Manohar Kahaniyan publication.
Dam Confusing my dear friends i hv not been able to follow the whole situation so pl somebody tell me why was the murders planned... cause of the murder and who did it??

this is what has happpened to Krishna,
-Krishna was asked to clean up Arushis room the next morning by Talwar -He was booked by CBI therefore for destroying evidence - He was asked if he would help in investigation..he said yes...this was made to be a confession that he knew everything supllanted by the fact that there his finger prints found all over talwar residence - CBI found a stray iron rod in the sewage system....brought Krishna to see it and immediately wrapped up the search for the weapon and then said that Krishna showed them the murder weapon
Krishna's lawyer seems to be a weakling and casn be overpowered. Krishna is dead!
