by subramanian subramanian on Jun 26, 2008 02:55 PM  Permalink

Is CBI a really investigative agency or are thier methods are getting confession thru'chemical methods. Is this in anyway different from chemical warfare. If this methods are currect method why our criminal politians are given this. then you can have the truth ealy and conviction faster. All police stations should have these chemicals with them so that crime can be solved faster anf justice gets done.

CBI is closing on
by VENURAJA Bowenpalle on Jun 18, 2008 02:01 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Krishna's confession statement according to CBI is noteworthy in certain aspects.
That Krishna was called by Hemaraj to bring Khukri a day before the murder took place.
That he (krishna)was present at the time of the murder and also met Hemaraj just before the night(of murders)
That Dr.Hemaraj was innocent.
That the girl Aurishi's character was good.
These are confessions of Krishna and except the latest confessions all other confessions about Dr.Talwar were all made almost immediately after his arrest.
It is now clear that he knows about murders and Hemaraj may also know the murders or it may be that both of them committed the murders but for some reasons , the third person involved might have killed Hemaraj as well after the murder of Aurishi.

It is also clear that this compunder is a tough nut to crack. A hard one.
Now he may start singing by providing the vital clues and the weapon to corroborate whatever he confessed.
Otherwise a simple confession without corroborating evidence is not admissible in a court of law as an evidence.
The law of evidence needs minimum two witnesses and some corroborating evidence for confessions before police officers.
Sooner than later ,may be in a week's time the entire episode of this tragic murders would come to light.
My feeling is that Dr.Talwar is totally innocent.

Mentioning all these things CBI has not mentioned what he has said. CBI also have mentioned, these developments does not give clean chit to Talwars. It also suspects, PM report may have been doctored. Who can influence a doctor apart from a doctor?

Whenever CBI wants extension of custody they are trying to bring in some kind of so called evidence before the court. They did the same thing with Dr. Talwar and even Krishna previously. What will they be doing rest of the days. A day or two before court hearing they barricade some areas and tell the court, we are doing this and that based on the interrogation of such and such person. Asking media not to be speculative they are giving room for many a speculations by selectively leaking portions of investigation. Why did they transfer an officer for telling nothing substantial came out with Krishna's narco analysis test? Are they trying to cook up some kind of a story and trying to bringing in people to fill in the gaps?

Solution..
by dear doctor on Jun 18, 2008 12:35 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This is a v straightforward case and might rank only 2/10 in tersm of complexity. General public with available info can easily solve it. I do not have complete details but request anyone who knows to provide it and we can easily come to a conclusion:
a. Is there any evidence/statement that Krishna was in Talwar residence during the time crime was supposedly committed?
b. Is it true that Krishna indeed called cyber crime division with his phone?
c. Is there any statement from the Talwars that the call made to hemraj at 6 a.m. was made by any one of them?
d. what is talwars statement in regard to the xtra marital allegation?
e.Has there been any statement as to why was Nupur's phone was switched off at 7 pm on the d-day?
e. Is there any statment as to where did the Durrani's go on the d-day and did they plan the excursion ? And was their excursion an oddity or a usual one?
f. Is there any info available regarding Dr Talwars physical capability?
g.How is it tht Krishna was asked to clean Arushi's room after her murder and he put her mattress on the terrace and not notice hemraj's body?
h. Is there any info regarding the person who is an ex police person who first found hemraj's body? Who is he? How close is he to Dr Talwar!

more logical questions and answers can very aptly be used to get the solution..!

anyone??

Wow, what a deductive mind you have! May be all the people together in CBI can never come up to your level of logic in solving the mystery. Obviously, you have put in tremendous effort in framing those questions. Dude, if CBI have the answers to these questions, do you think they would not have sloved the case long back?

Mentality
by Manjula A on Jun 18, 2008 10:22 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I read some messages below. Most of them still believe that it was honour killing. People will believe what they want to believe. Gossipers always have this Holier than thou attitude and nobody can relieve them of this. Even if it is proved beyond doubt by proper methods that Aarushi was a girl of good character and that she was murdered for something else, promiscuous people, who themselves practice promiscuity, will continue to believe that she had physical relations with Hemraj and that that is why she was killed. After all people will imagine others to be the same way as they themselves Are!!!

I don't know, why CBI is not looking the case other way round. i.e. Someone killed Hemraj and then maybe Arushi saw something, so he killed Arushi also. Remember Hemraj went to a NGO and said that his life is in danger.

Real truth being hidden simple case being complicated
by Subhramanian on Jun 18, 2008 08:13 AM  Permalink

CBI is trying to shift the onus from reality..
In Delhi the evil pentagon of Police-Politician-Doctor-Lawyer-Businessman are involved in lots of flesh trade, organ trade, drug trafficing and even arms-trade. Hence its not unlikely all of these were involved.
Aarushi's parents on one hand was disturbed by their only daughter's degenrate, libertine lifestyle and on other hand their own flagitious patronage (like trafficking, swapping of couples etc etc) was getting exposed to Aarushi and their domestic help.
The result was quite obvious, Aarushi died of honour killing and Hemraj (their confidante and maybe accomplice) was murdered to remove any witnesses.
Now all of a sudden this jokestar CBI is cooking a story with poor Krishna who was nowhere in the scene of the crime.
This is the state of India. The rich and influential dismantles the poor.
