Rhazes Ahsrawi sound Arabic not Indian must be one of these Sri Lankan Tamil Mullims who deny their Tamil HIndu heritage and cling ot an imagined Arab heritage ( oanoly aorund 5 to 10% have some form of Arab heritage). MOst migratd from South India in the 17th century. Very few nativ e Tamils converted to Islam. They are very pro Pakisat and Soud Arab and join withteh SInhlas against the largely HIndu Tamils. THey now toghether withthe SInhlas are now eyeing the Tamil East. Both are trying to change old ancient Tamil Hindu Saivite name places inteh east to Mulsim pr Sinhlas names. As for the other person teh least said the I think he has a personal vendetta agains Jafana Tamils. If the Sinhlas are so nice and concerned about Tamils why do they vote for the most racist Sihaala parties and commit so much of horrors and atrocities against the Tamils. The Tamils have not ruled the land since independence. It is like Germans voting for the racist Nazi party and takin gpart and all the atrocities and then stating actually we were not aware of what happened.

Mr. Chelvarajan,
I agree to your point that Tamils are oppressed in SL. But no SL citizen would like to see their homeland divided. There is nothing wrong in them voting for a party that wants united SL. We in India don't like to see Kashmir cut off from us. It is hightime, SL tamils require good economic power for their future. They have to mingle well with Singalese and live as one country. Please put off all your differences and work for your prosperity. I firmly back the opinion that suffering tamil families have to be adequately compensated. This confrontation will take you nowhere.

Yes Mr Ashrawi, I also agree. I have also lived in Sri lanka for over 10 years. Sinhalas are sympathetic over tamilians for their sufferings but they are against LTTE for disrupting their lives. They try to mix with tamilians. But tamilians for their anger with the army treat all sinhalas as their enemies. tamilians from jafna carry a superiority complex especially against indian tamilians. I have personally experienced this.

We Tamils regularly read tamilnet dot com website or puthinam website to get more details.
Rediff should report the Tamil Civilian casualities without BIAS.

Yes, most of the indian medias and GOI are anti Tamils, they won't give any information about, wherever Tamils killed.

You are wrong. Indian media and Tamil media doesn't report civilian killings of LTTE. In fact they are biased towards LTTE.
