While Indian Security Forces, other than the police, are doing their best to protect the country, the Government of India, is providing Z type security to a chosen few. Even film stars are provided security, but then who could provide security to security officers? Another branch of security force.
We are forced to spend whole lot of resources towards the protection of Her Majesty Madam Sonia Gandhi, Prince Rahul Gandhi, Princess Priyanka Wadhara, (Grandson/Granddaughter of Late Feroz Gandhi) and other Nehruvian left-overs, but WE are not able to provide security to the needy one.
