CBI wants to cover up its own inconsistencies
by Punyakumar on Jun 17, 2008 03:04 PM Permalink | Hide replies

The very reason why CBI was asked to take over the case of Noida double murder was mess up by UP police. Now after a month CBI's spokesperson mentioning that UP police did not do their job well is mockery of themselves. Yes there cannot be magical solutions for every problem. It may take months to investigate. Let them tell that, rather than pointing finger at someone/some agency whose improper homework has brought CBI. CBI was brought in to plug those loopholes and not to just tell there are loopholes.

The family knows
by dakshin on Jun 17, 2008 02:07 PM  Permalink

Talwar family knows who the real killer is. It is from within the family or an hired one. The family's innocence is questionable. The contradictions of their own statements proves that. Mrs. Talwar on seeing their maid, telling Hemaraj may have gone out and then taking her to Arushi's room and telling see what Hemaraj has done is a conflict of interest. Any parent who sees his child in a pool of blood will be worried and will be hurrying for help, here in this case, both the parents were awake and were not hurrying for help. They were cool till their helper arrives. If they truly believed Hemaraj committed this crime they will be calling police and asking them to trace him down immediately. Before police arrives they will be looking for him in every part of their house including terrace. Why didn't they go to terrace? How did they accept PM report that suggested death to previous day? Have they bribed or influenced to doctor PM report? Was Hemaraj killed on the same day or the previous day?

Use of lie detectors.
by mumbai on Jun 17, 2008 12:42 PM  Permalink

First use the lie detectors on politicians.
Make it a rule for every one to under go lie detector test before submitting their nominations are filed.
Ask them about their property, involvement in criminal activities etc. confirm their truthfulness and then allow to file their nominations. you can solve more problems.

Aarushi's murder
by south indian on Jun 17, 2008 10:50 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I think Durranis are the real culprits in Aarushi's murder. Why can't CBI interrogate them and subject them to lie detector test, brain mapping etc, to extract the truth. CBI must give a thought to it. I am sure they would be able to crack this case soon.

Hype in Crimes
by siddharth on Jun 17, 2008 02:04 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I think news channels are only concerned with crimes in Noida, Delhi and mumbai, Rest of india is like small ants and insects even if large number of people dead like hooch in Karnataka ware 100 people died in single night it wont make a big issue and if some minor girl is killed in noida then you will see the news in all channels for 3-6 months.

because this is a case of death involving a child from rich doctor's family. that's why media is giving more importance to this case. had it been a case of a girl being killed in some slum of india media would not have bothered. does media is biased towards the poor of this nation. this requires serious thinking.

Looks like media gives importance to the rich and influential. Crimes of similar nature have taken place in this country for long. Only a few are projected as important, because they are rich and influential. They are indirectly telling that the life of poor and non influential people are less worthy than a rich person. Otherwise headlines will not call it only as Arushi's case. Poor Hemaraj' death is not considered serious at all. Every person irrespective of economic and social background should get justice. The questions these news channels ask are also biased - they ask 'do you think Arushi will get justice'? This bias and non sense should stop.
