I have always maintained that the goonda-police-politician nexus is the bane of our democracy. It is hard to distinguish between the three of them and it is the people who suffer. Excepting for the Supreme Court, even the judiciary is highly suspect in our country and most of the judges are corrupt. Given this scenario, is it surprising that Gawli's men are members of the Central Task Force? Not at all. I will not be surprised if Gawli, Dawood Ibrahim and other such elements are elevated to the highest civilian office in our country. After all, our politicians decide what is good for the people and we know how good our politicians are! Long live secular (hahahahaha)Indian democracy!!!
