CBI and Narco Analysis
by Arvind Sahu on Jun 13, 2008 10:07 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is time to conduct some Narco Analysis on the Police and may be other investigating agencies like CBI. Only them we all may come to know if they are doing their job well or simply jumping to conclusions to please their Bosses.

RTI is in place. But how many of us actually dig any further? The media is all the time simply trying to out do each other by submitting Breaking News or Flash News.

That said, it is really disturbing to see so many crimes all around us. Parents, Brothers, Sisters,MBA couple, Pilots, Politicians, Police, Doctors, Engineers, Teachers, Business Men - All are involved in Homicide and to top all that, some people are commiting suicide.

I am pretty sure, just like our cosmopolitan cities, our prisons too will have rich diversity.

The media doesn't even have a proper investigative skill to focus on this story. They just do flashy stuff. It would be good if they can challenge the evidences given by the CBI etc.

when media focusses on a crime, it is ditorted and the trial is by public, with all its' weakness, the way in which is presented with sympathy or not etc., the political climate, the class, looks i.e whether the people involved are photogenic. it is neither investigated one of a 1000 of such crimes but as special one

I have never seen CBI do anything that ever reaches a conclusion. clearly, there are a lot of shit in this which I am not sure if it will ever come out.

It is a bit surprising that a Doctor who goes on foreign vacations , drives high end cars , owns a clinic stays in a 2 BHK apartment and sleeps through 2 murders and the door is closed from inside?

Incase he or his friends are involved, then what is the bigger motive? What is the business these doctors do?

.. a scam is brewing but most probs CBI will cover up. CBI has been created to do TAMASHA and cover up cases

Now it is Krishna.Arushi's parents are not ignorant about the incident. They should be grilled. They are hiding the fact. They may not be directly involved but definitely know the murderer and the reason too.

believable?
by Pritam on Jun 13, 2008 09:47 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Could CBI explain why there were so many transfers in POLICE and in CBI over this small person Krishna? Why Mayawati said that She will bring forth similar cases in other states? It means she may be knowing something and what about other such cases which she threatened to bring to the day light? It is really sad that CBI has almost lost its credibility more prominently since NITHARI.

whether it is nithari jessica lal aarushi cbi or any other agency comes out with something else and other than factual and apperant realties and doubt and question mark remain in the minds of public.even after 60yrs of independence we r faced with this type of systems . this reminds us of churchil that if given freedom india will be ruled by scoundrels in 50yrs.

So true, Ramesh. Churchill was a visionary no doubt. Another statesman has said -- "India was ruled by the British till 1947. Since then, it has been ruled by the Congress." Of course, here Congress means politicians...we never got true independence. We need something akin to American civil war...

Money wins over justice yet again in Brahmin misrule.
by Chandra Shekar on Jun 13, 2008 09:42 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

So yet again MONEY power wins and the truth LOSES. Aarushi's parents are involved in the murder and definitely know more than they are revealing even if they might not have committed the heinous act themselves. They have paid off both the Noida Police and NOW the CBI to escape punishment and this Krishna chap is the latest scapegoat.
