The case been so messed up that even if the CBI does conclude something after investigation, it is unlikely that they will be convicted even by the lower court. But, I personally feel that the doctor could not have been involved in the murder even if he has knowledge of who committed the crime because it will be impossible of a first time criminal to withstand the sustained and persistent grilling in custody. Any normal mortal will break down except brainwashed islamic jehadis.

Yes U R right. During police investigations, I think all evidences have been destroyed and police must have been extorting the Talwars to bail them out. This could be the reason why Talwars wanted cBI probe.
The CBI can arrive at the truth if it wishes. That it did not uncover Bofors or book Tytler is because of political interference. CBI is undoubtedly the best investigating force today in the country.

I have never seen CBI do anything that ever reaches a conclusion. clearly, there seems to be a lot of shit in this which I am not sure if it will ever come out.
It is a bit surprising that a Doctor who goes on foreign vacations , drives high end cars , owns a clinic stays in a 2 BHK apartment and sleeps through 2 murders and the door is closed from inside?
Incase he or his friends are involved, then what is the bigger motive? What is the business these doctors do?

I think that DR.Talwar is not innocent.He is the real culprit and Krishna is only his men.As this is high profile case there is lot of pressure on CBI to solve this mystery ASAP. Maybe there may be some relation between Hemraj and Aarushi and this is being knpwn to DOCTOR so he with Krishna want what he had done..with Aarushi..

They are all same and are inter transferred.When a case has to be sent to cold box , send case to CBI.Their record of prosecution is very poor.Wasting hundreds of crores opf rupees these orgnaisation can hardly catch a mouse, even dead.Every time officers are changed, new things are leaked to press and drama is continued till people forget about case like multiple girls murder and rape in NOIDA.Do you remember it? Shamelessly indian police orgnnisations and Courts in India delay cases,refuse to modrnise and remiove corruption.No one is safe in this country.Everytime they change name of suspect and so on.We find it diffcult to belivee any story now.Krishna might as well be a sacpegoat to save some filthy guys behinf the crime.that is why 3 CBI officers were shifted.

If Dr Talwar was Dr Haneef, it would have been a different story by now. No body would have touched him. Cong would whole heartedly backed DR Haneef and family. Unfortunately DR Talwar is not Haneef. This is India.
It is time to conduct some Narco Analysis on the Police and may be other investigating agencies like CBI. Only them we all may come to know if they are doing their job well or simply jumping to conclusions to please their Bosses.
RTI is in place. But how many of us actually dig any further? The media is all the time simply trying to out do each other by submitting Breaking News or Flash News.
That said, it is really disturbing to see so many crimes all around us. Parents, Brothers, Sisters,MBA couple, Pilots, Politicians, Police, Doctors, Engineers, Teachers, Business Men - All are involved in Homicide and to top all that, some people are commiting suicide.
I am pretty sure, just like our cosmopolitan cities, our prisons too will have rich diversity.
