narco test

I wonder why narco test on Dr. Talwar was not conducted? Why only Krishna was subjected to such a test?

So many people are being murdered everyday. Why is this murder special.
I believe Government has purchased media to make people think about this issue rather than Jaipur blast which took place just couple of days before the murder.

dear mr. das
life of any individual in equally important.
be it Arushi or victims of jaipur blast. why are you worried if media gives more attention to this case. or r u worried that ur commie traitors not getting enough attention as they were able to block 123 deal?

and why would mayavati govt purchase media to divert people's attention from Jaipur blast which is in BJP ruled state? Can you please be more dramatic?

You ahve already given the answer...simple...cos the CBI wants to make a scapegoat out of a poor man.....and wants to spare the powerful and connected people!!
Even if Krishna is the murderer, he is definitely not the mastermind or the brain behind it...we all know that...it doesn't need much intelligence to figure out that the root behind this murder is some underhand shady stuff carried out by doctors in which Aarushi has been made an innocent victim!!

Why do you say that? why not Krishna? If Talwars are having the money does it make them killer? He might be mastremind also.

I can understand north Indian refusal to accept these comments, but lets face it, it certainly is a more dangerous place than the rest of India. Its not as if every other place is safe. But the north is certainly way ahead in the crime chart. Politicians play an important role in making it happen to. Crime against women is an everyday occurence. Female infanticide & foeticide has left 30% of the male population without partners & they pounce on anything in a sari or salwar. Manipulating evidences & making scapegoats is an easy task. In all these conditions what else could you comment on a region so beautiful yet so ugly.

guys dont think iam against north india. culture prevailed in this part is not good. this is told by people who came from
NI to south and supported by these incidents. other wise such henious crime in a doctors ( which is so called nobel profession) house
really pitty. parents could not track a single daughter even though they are at home. too much urbanisation is also a cause

CBI investigation
by aparna basani on Jun 13, 2008 11:04 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It's easy to comment on CBI saying that they are useless and fooling us, but only they know the truth and face lots of pressures from our nasty politicians who can do anything to protect themselves. CBI people are also humans and they take every risk to find out the culprits but its unfortunate that even though their department is independant it has to act on govt. and other corrupted wealthy individuals instructions in our country.
Dont be mad on CBI..instead do something to support the CBI to solve any issues.
And its us the people of India who either vote for corrupted politicians or those who are educated and can think wisely dont vote at all giving the chance for the corrupted politicians to do rigging and win to rule the country.

No doubt that the CBI's job is challenging and quite tough to perform. Nevrtheless, if the CBI officials cannot withstand the pressure from different quarters then it is high time they considered taking up an alternative job. May be others replacing the present set of officers would be able to perform the task in a better way.

How to royally mess up a case!!
by David Coverdale on Jun 13, 2008 11:02 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

If the Noida police messed up the case by their negligence and oversmart mentality, the CBI seems to have taken over from the Noida police and are really wading into unknown waters now...

For most of us neutral watchers and laymen, this case is clear case of a ship on a storm tossed ocean, moving further into deep sea instead of moving towards safe habor..

I personally think that this case id a near perfect murder which would never get solved...the worst part is that the CBI might try to make scapegoats out of inoocent people and the real perpetrator of this heinous crime would get away scot free due to political mileage or police connections!!

I still feel that the perpetrator is either politically well connected or he is a big jack with some police officers...what else explains the way the Noida police tried to tamper with evidence and facts?? What else explains the irresponsible comments made by the IG Gurdarshan Singh?? Hell, he could not even recall the name of the poor girl at the press conference and kept on addressing her as "Shruti" and Shahrukhi"...if such lame jokers make up the police force in Noida, God bless the soul of the poor innocent victim cos the perpetrators will never be brought to book..

As far as i'am concerned, this case can now make serious headway using only one of possible ways :
A) Hand over the case to Scotland Yard on an urgent basis and make a crack team from S.Y. work in tandem with a crack CBI team...

OR

B) Start using thir

For me that case is like some suspense movie, each and every day some new facts come in light and all the calculation gets changed, it remind me a recent movie RACE, which was full of manipulated suspense same be the case here.

Our investigation are department is capable of doing anything and I know department is among the best in world, still they are not able to find out what exactly the case is.
