But nothing to be ashamed of....In India the mass have to get up and demand justice...And this wont happen as common people are busy with daily choas, local issues, and not to forget Religion, Caste, Creed, State, Dist, city etc...
Have you ever heard that people in the other part of the world fight based on REGION ........I am NOT talking about religion ..
We might claim that India is a great nation, we are land of saints, but one thing all indian must confess that India also happens to be a land of self confined people.
All 120 crore people can be taken for ride on any issue. Unless people in India unite for justice these types of issues will happen again and again.
Entire politics is based on bribe, Govt Offices are based on bribe, Law enforcement works on bribe, Justice works on bribe...

I guess VIP is responsible for murder. Talwar and his servant is being booked so the real culprint can runaway.
All those caught in terror attack are the lowest level people.
All those caught in high profile influential case are the peon, clerks, or at the most some officers
In this case also they have got hold of an Nepali Compounder and I am sure justice will be done and he will be framed and put behind bar.
This is the way justice is done in India...Mumbai Blast, Train blast, all other blast those under arrest are all daily wage labor type of people those who are the masterminds must be enjoying beer and having fun abroad and in India....
Quote a single instance where any mid level or high level influential person is sentenced or is put behind bar...

yeah... if i and you were in possesion of an ak-47 (sanjay dutt), we'd be crucified and stoned in public!
or if we rolled over a few pedestrians killing them (periera, salman, puru raj, etc etc, list's pretty long) we'd be roasted
these stinking rich not only have an army of lawyer to defend them, they even make movies to look good (sanjay dutt became a gandhi now!) , salam's roaming free and hosting a tv show.
we ? we'd languish in some jail, the society would ostracize our family. an ordinary citizen would be shunned, and probably get married every night at the jail!

I do not think anything will happen in this case, the case says that a big industralist is involved, 1 crore can make saint out of a murderer in India....
I am sure many will abuse me, but just check on the latest crime rate list of the world, India is on Top followed by US, in terms of Murders, Rape, Loot and Scams. Infact Delhi has the highest cases of Rape and Murder in the entire world followed by United States of America....I am damn sure those rate will be much higher in other states as well. As in India Murders are turned into Suicides and Rapes are turned in mutual content xyz at the local police station itself....

Crore of Rupees have been taken up by politicans in Big multi crore scams not a single person is caught. xample - Fodder, Coffin, Stamp Paper etc ...those are all thousand plus crore scams ...except for telgi has anyone been arrested yet....and even telgi is a scape goat...how can a person single-handedly use 3500 crores...HAHAHAHA....
many hit and run cases, and even murder cases where culprit are seen by mass of people go scott free......This can happen only in India

whenever a culprit is caught, he has to b brought to narco tests that also after the approval from the courts. but here in this case, krushna wasnt even arrested, he was just interrogated and then suddenly he was sent for the narco tests without court interference. now after the tests, he is arrested. then why court permission is sought for other cases?
The truth will be slaughtered at the altar of money power and political power.
Examine how CBI came into the picture- 1. Talwars do not call police - they are in a state of shock 2. Police come destroy evidence at the behest of powers be 3. Police tell the Press a story 4.Talwar gets arrested 5.No tests carried out on doctors 6.The Talwar fmily approach media and say they need CBI probe 7. Corrupt Mayavati obliges 8. Corrupt government at centre passes on to CBI with a clear instruction - save Talwars at any cost 9. CBI does narco analysis of everyone including innocents who have been brainwashed to stick to a story 10. CBI fits the answrs to a pre fabricated story to fit to complete the story 11. All Nepali servants are killers and danger to rich men and police in India- so hang them without caring for humanrights 12. Along with innocents murder family of the innocents as well
CBI officers get Excellent service awards and lots of money from Talwars. The politicians get political mileage. TV Channels get their TRPs. We common people get excited talk and gossip for few months and later forget when Kareena has an affair with probably Devanand
Bury the justice, truth and human dignity. Let money and brutal power win.

I agree with this completely.Talwars are being saved by very influential people.But this is a terrible injustice to the sweet innocent girl who was tortured to death.Talwars should be subjected to Narco test and Brain Mapping test.

yeah - totally frucked up case. the cops who initially destroyed the evidence should be hauled. how is it that they are let off lightly ? why are cops suspended instead of being interogated for accepting bribes from rich to botch the case ? arent they the ones who destroy the evidence ?
i hope krishna spills all the beans with the media - he has nothing to lose.
