The aarushi murder case has rocked India in frenzy like the missing kid -Madeleine's case in the UK. Such cases are indeed demanding with heavy pressure on the police,investigating agencies and law & order machinery.Media & politicians also try to earn maximum mileage out of such incidents. From Japan to Canada from Netherland to New Zealand, from China to mid-Africa, everyone is glued to the case, and all eyes are on India as all the local press in eacj & every country are reporting the intricacies of this case on daily basis. Its just needs to be seen whether the CBI delivers this time. If not, the CBI will be a massive failure & put to shame on proportions, as never before. Though Nithari killings were reported far & wide, and the CBI is being reported in most internationla press, as a not so credible agency. But lets hope this is their opportunity to prove, who is the killer- the job that they seem to know best & are employed for by the country.
Many are drawing comparison of this with the Nithari Killings of innocent kids. This case was followed extensively across the world, and yes CBI's & India's image has taken a severe beating than all cases of terror. But lets hope that the constitution of India & the world bodies will pressurise the govt to take action, just like the Jessica Lal/ Katara case. Its difficult to implicate Pandher (under indian laws) unless under islamic law, as he was just raping the innocent kids, and then transfering them across to his servant for further harassment & murder. For Pandher & his family, the only way for justice for citizens at loss, is to take law into their own hands & eliminate him/them in the most brutal animal way possible. There is little an investigating agency can do. However for tainted CBI, this is the last & final opportunity, if not the government has to change the nomenclature of CBI for times to come. This case is being followed across the world & the outcome, the reputation of India & its investigating agencies is at stake. This will forever taint india, whatever be its proportion of development.
CBI is no perfect. I think they are just framing the compounder guy to show up some progress in the case. There definitely are more issues involved which when out will spoil Talwar, Durrani's reputation so everybody is hiding some part of truth.
In my opinion the motive was to kill Hemraj .After watching and reading various theories I think peoples involved in murder consumed liquor in hemraj room and then went to roof and killed Hemraj by hitting him from behind and as they were going back arushi got woke up and opened the door of her room and when they saw arushi they hit him on head from front and then cut her neck,
there are many stories we often read where Thieves clear the house when whole family is sleeping in next room.

They murder hemraj they murder girl then clean arushi door do up & down.. Then lock door from inside & leave home. Dear Mom & Dad still sleeping...

Just imagine a small house and the servant has the guts to invite 2 people to have drinks at night in Talwars house, impossible. Then they kill Hemraj lot of struggle and commotion, Arushi in her room she wakes up but the parents are assleep, than they try to kill Arushi she will run to her parents not to her room still the parents assleep, unbelievable. I feel Arushi was kiled and later Hemaraj to put the blame on Hemraj. Whoever did it had almost succeeded but couldn't dispose the body in time.
Scientific evidences should be acceptable in court. On basis of current findings, nothing can be ruled out at the moment. Its a terrific conspiracy. Talwars family's involvement cannot be ruled out due to the behaviour they have exhibited in full view of media & the haste for cremation of Ms. Aarushi & disposal of evidence at the earliest including perhaps bribing the UP Police & perhaps politicians. Ofcourse a good deal of people are involved in this conspiracy ranging from the doctor parents, to servants to the close friends of the doctors. And the fear of the conspirator is yet forcing them to be tightlipped. Who is this Don?. As per law only the executers of the crime will be punished. Eliminated persons definitely knew some information, so serious & critical, to the business & future of the Talwars & other influential friends & The MYSTERIOUS DON?. However Doctors do have easier & slower methods for elimination, than going for murders. Was the murder so urgent? Why was Ms. Aarushi given a camera as a birthday gift on the day of murder? Was it to fulfill her last wish by her parents?. Its definitely a MYSTERY & the crime is classified as an organised conspiracy. IT should be investigated in full. Right now it can be only said that all the people are just in fear of the DON-the mastermind, who may have by now even escasped overseas, due to the time elapsed & delay in the investigation.
It is a matter of pride for all of us to know that the highest investigating agency of our country- CBI is doing commendable job in investigating thoroughly & scientifically the most media covered duo murders case of a school going girl Aarushi & her domestic helper Hemraj a month ago at Noida.Let us all prise them and allow them freely to probe in very thoroughly and find out the culprits and motive behind their murders as early as possible!
CBI seems to know more than they reveal to the press. Unless they are so much confidant they could not have arrested compounder Krishna ,the first person CBI has arrested ,since they took up the case. Dr.Talwar , the victim Aurishi's father was arrested earlier by UP police. It could be safely presumed that compounder might have used nontoxic sedatives in the food of Dr.Talwar so they slept through the murders in just another bedroom of their own house.
Only compounder can do this because he has access to the house and also he should have knowledge of the sedatives.
Under chemical injection narcotics influence you will speak truth. Only very few criminals with tremedous control on ther brain functions can cheat a narcotic lie detector test. But if that were the case he/she would not become an ordinary criminal.
So now CBI only has to collect independant evidence to corroborate their narco -analytic lie detector test dialogues. It is because they are not as such admissible in a court of law. About Dr.Talwar, CBI could not get doubt even after so many lie detector tests and that is the reason CBI started concentrating on the compounder Krishna. UP police did not collect evidence properly and there is a probablity that they might have been paid high amounts of money by some businessman. why not? CBI could not establish motive for the murder and that holds the key to the mystery.

Sodium pentothal is no truth serum, its only in Holywood movies that they show that when administered person will start telling the truth. It sedates you so you speak without inhibition, so you may speak your thoughts out. Like for example krishna might be just be speaking whatever he has heard so far from media and police. If its a truth serum and if he is involved he should tell the full details isn't it, murder weappon persons involved and everything not 3 people may be involved....so on and so forth. Everybody saying its scientific tests....its very unscientific so no courts in the world accept it and I don't know of any other investigative agency using it.
