Even if krishna is involved in the murder his presence on or before night of murder was not revealed by any talwar family member..
He surely was in with someone permission & knowledge..
Seems both murders were in course to hide somehing fishy that could have spoiled murderers future.
If Mr.Talwar was drunk at that night but not Mrs.Talwar.. The accused/co-accused is definately Father/Mother koi aur (which currently in picture is krishna).
At this rate, 95% of the murders in the world are justified including the ones committed by terrorists... I am sure everyone will have a perfect justification in their head.

surely, everyone has logic for its own action, irrespective of legal or illegal. I tell u one example. Most of us generally ask sabjiwala about any of the vegetable present on his thela' Bhaiya, yeh kaisi hai? What would be his answer, surely - GOOD. Just imply a simple logic, if he says No, it is not good, then why he would keep on his thela.

This mentality affected India more then any other thoughts. Girl has spinster prior to marriage is really a bad concept. That is reason we have open up lot of orphanages for widows.

Its good that the Narco Analysis has been put to use too frequently for any sort of investigation. How authentic are the tests? Everyone remembers Telgi coming out with the biggest names of Maharashtra Politics Mr CM, Mr Then Deputy CM and Mr BCCI. Everybody (people concerned and responsible for/with the judgement of the Telgi Case)then claimed that the tests were in their infant stage and that they do not reveal any truth. Infact Mr BCCI Has been recorded on camera denying /Defying/refusing all the authenticity of the tests. Why then are we conducting the tests if the Socio-Politico bigwigs are not ready to accept its results? Or is it that the tests reveal only the facts of the common man and not the politicians ?
As a citizen of india it good to see that CBI and Police is working atleast for this case and that is becoz of Media.put a camera on every officer working on this case and give us the report.

This all happen becaue in Govt , the most of the officer selected on the basis of caste not on the basis of MERIT . So the delivery system of the govt is destroyed in name of SOCIAL REFOMATION....This is not only with police department , we all can see all this in each & every department of the GOI ......Can we ever take a decison that the reservation should be made on the basis of merit on the basis on caste ?... It is not proven yet, "it was also said that Talwar,Aarushi's father, may be innocent." MAY BE not definitive yet. something else might come up in the trail, One mans words are not enough they have to be verified in the court. Read paragraph Six of the article again.

"MAY" has to be read carefully. He is innocent until proven guilty. He should go after the bad police and media who tarnished his name and already sent him to gallows with out any clear evidence.

Prime suspect untill yesterday was Rajesh Talwar why not do narcoanalysis on him and if he is your prime suspect Mrs Talwar becomes an accomplice she has not even been arrested. See the double standards, all servants picked up without charge and subjected all unscientific tests but the rich get away. Its not proved they are innocent neither its proved they are guilty. So wait for the investigations to complete although the way the CBI is progressing I don't think they will catch the real culprit.

CBI has already put Dr Talwar through Polygraph. When it throws up some clue, they move to the second stage. Dr Talwar's ready willingness had infact had surprised CBI.

See polygraph test, narcoanalysis, all these tests will prove nothing. The only point I wanted to make is they so easily took krishna for the narcoanalysis test, they didn't even have court orders for that it was only when bangalore team refused to do the test they got the court orders. It won't be easy to subject the Talwars for narcoanalysis because their lawyers will fight tooth and nail against it.

no sir dr talwar went thru the narco analysis test without fighting it tooth and nail! he willingly and keenly participated coz he had nothing to hide.. and krishna's special " qualification" as a "poor man" doesnt make him innocent .. plenty of "poor men" commit plenty of heinous crimes and try their best to get away with it every day.. in this case its interesting to note that it ws this "poor man" krishna who had fed all those stories to the noida cops about talwar - durrani affair and orgy parties at their residence.. it ws he who has supplied the theory that hemraj ws caught in a objectionable position with aarushi.. base on these the noida cops immediately went on national TV ( without any investigation/verification) with their theory against the talwars!

See I do not want to conclude anything, but the problem is we reach to a conclusion with limited or no information. Earlier majority of bloggers went on doing a lot of charecter assassination of Arushi, her parents and our present urban social structures. Now we are all going ahead and saying a lot of things about Police and media. The only thing I want to say is, CBI till now is just saying he "MIGHT" be innocent. Also, uptil CBI has not filed any chargesheet with any concrete name in the court, so the case is still wide open and we should not try to conclude anything ourselves.
