Police of any region, state or city in India has loose character. So when such a case comes infront of Noida police, their whims and fancies forced them to assissnate the character of Aarushi who was any day a better daughter than all the policewala's daughters. So, to conclude the case, they found stories like Aarushi was eloped by the servant or Rajesh Talwar had links with Durranis. It's a shame.
I do not think so Krishna is a Murderer, as i have seen him on tv,telling media that,he was crying was telling mai nirdosh hun,aur mujhe fashaya jaa raha hai, sab log mile huye hain,Dr.s bhi mile hue hain. Infact yes i can read his face that he is really Innocent and something rubbish is happenning in the case. Why CBI not questioning Rajesh Talwar & his wife and even his Lover? where are these people and why not CBI doing test on them ? And second thing is whatever you talk & tell, but whole India knows that murder is her Father only.I have never seem Aarushi's parents talking to media..../ Dilip from Bangalore

Dalli,
Come to your senses. CBI people have got enough training to deal with all kinds of people. They can understand a person with just one simple look than you or me can. Police never said Krishna is a murderer. But they hope to get some clue on murders by questioning him. Dr Talwar has alreadyt gone intensive grilling by CBI. You perhaps do not have an iota of idea as to how CBI grills! Talward had been and rather still is under custody and is being grilled further. CBI are not the people who give-up so easily. They will grill, grill and further grill and may come out with some clue from where they will crack the case. Have enough patience. It is not your cup of tea. Let them do their job. Do not jump into conclusions.

Whole of India knows?
From day one I doubted Police story. It had too many loopholes and did not sound credible.
While we can't be sure what happened, we can't be biased to any possibility.
However, police holding a press conference and throwing mud on a 14 year old's character (With or without it being true) should be punishable. They shouldn't go scott free, and the police should be sent a message that there are limits to what they can do.
IT SEEMS THAT THE PRESS HAS NO OTHER NATIONAL NEWS TO SHOW THATS WHY SINCE LAST ONE MONTH THEY HAVE MADE THIS AS NATIONAL NEWS.PEOPLE WHO R ALIVE FACE SO MANY PROBLEMS WHICH R NOT HIGHLIGHTED BY D PRESS-INFLATION,CORRUPTION,TERRORISM,POLUTION,WATER PROBLEM,ILLITRACY,BAD ROADS,CROWDED TRAINS & BUSES ETC ETC,BUT PRESS IS INTERESTED IN D MURDERER OF A DEAD GIRL

great tanya. Very few like you and me realise this. But what to do. Majority loves only such news which helps them to gossip further on it. This does not mean that such reports should be ignored but should be brought to the light of the public for precautionery measures. The media should keep flashing periodical reports on the development of the case and not resort to regular live debate. I understand one pervert lady Ekta Kapoor intends to make a film on this poor girl forgetting she was once a girl before becoming a woman (I feel so). Keep living. More curel is the discussion after a cricket match is decided which runs for hours. God knows how many people watch?

GOOD ATLEAST THERE R FEW INTELLIGENT PEOPLE LIVING IN INDIA WHO AGREE WITH ME BUT MAXIMUM PEOPLE HAVE TAKEN THIS CASE AS A NATIONAL TRAGEDY,FORGETTING THAT THEIR PERSONAL LIFE IS MORE TRAGGIC

Tanya, you would not have written this if you or your relatives were facing similar tragedy. The poor souls are dead but the truth needs to come out. Yes, this case was and still is a national news and no harm if that be so.

Dear Ramesh. Dont get too involved and show that only you are concerned and others are perverts. Tanya has not said that this should not be discussed but only said it is over exposed keeping the other critical and crucial problems faced by the country in to the back seat. You grieve only when your family members die and not for others. You will only feel sorry. Be sober and think broadly.

I THINK UR BEHAVING LIKE Dr Talwar by giving this type of statement.Acoording to u national news should be only compile of problems.Mureder and Nithari like crime should be local news.
Now its clear that all poilcemen are same..... to solve the case early they can put any innocent behind bar..... put a question on anybody's character..... anything....

rt said..... Police needs urgent solution(no matter if it is fake) and media...... they are concerned with TRP
The media seems to have gone overboard in the matter. Leave it to the investigating agencies to do their job. Discussing a 14 year old girl's character (who is now no more and who cannot defend herself) is the most insane thing that can be spoken about..

Investigation starts only after media reports the matter. What talk about investigation. FIR (which is basic) is not filed and the court has to reprimend the police for their laxity. It is still a long way in india for the common man to get quick and impartial justice.
Nobles of Noida find such an innocent clean girl 'objectionable' where as they find Patehr the serial killer clean and kidney doctor crystal clear. These nobles are to be hung first then removed from service. CBI has done a good job after a long gap. Even Lalu,Quettrochi etc., are blots in their service, this only point made by them deserves appreciation.
Now, please , for Gods sake, clear that innocent from all the charecter assasination of Noble cops of Noida. The killers must be one of them.!

Dear Thomas, if you write like this you are a traitor. Crime raises the head in india not from the criminals but from the law enforcers. The law enforcers keep saying "Do what we say and dont do what we do". Judiciary in India is mockery having few bunch of jokers. One designate court pronounce the judgement and the higher court dismisses for want of clear evidence. Even when the SC approves the verdict of lower court, the President and the government sit on it. This is independent India - the world second largest democrac(z)y country. I sympathise your feeling but console yourself as nothing will happen as per your expectations. The common man of india is cursed to suffer in silence till his death.

I think no police should talk abt character.. knowing the incidances of rape in police stations.. Job of police to find the murderer. For a second, if we believe Arushi had bad character, hw it allows any one to kill her?? Forget her character, find the REAL murderer..
