Shame on India where the rapist cops walk free or get minor 'punishment' such as temperory suspension but the rape victim has to commit suicide and her children lose their mother. Shame, shame!
I belong to Rohtak and want to put some light on the facts of my city. This city is also the home city of chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda as well as his MP son. When Mr. Hooda became chief minister 4 years back the city was overjoyed and people had huge expectations. In every corner of the city people were talking about how this CM city will become a role model for rest of the country. Mr. Hooda in his speeches said he will make this city Paris.
Now, I have witnessed how people’s expectations are dying down slowly and slowly with just 1 year remaining for the CM to make this city Paris (LOL!!). There is a power cut for 6-8 hours everyday, there is problem of availability of clean drinking water. All the roads are in a messy condition, in fact all the main roads were dug for some sewerage work around 3.5 years ago and they remained in the same conditioned for more than 2 years. Even today, the roads are in the worst ever condition I have seen them in 25 years (including when India was shining at all!). We already know what the law and order situation is….
But there is 1 thing which is SHINING and BRIGHT in the city. It is the banners, pictures, big boards of CM, his son and Sonia Gandhi. They are everywhere, at every corner of the city. I am not sure why are they smiling in these pictures, may be they are thinking how foolish the public is!!

I agree with you. Though Bhupender Hooda may be seemingly goodman but his shrewed clans including his near ones(so is the loud message around in the State) and his son now an M.p.(Rohtak) are out to destory his good image. Can he answer a simple question often claimed by him that he was getting $30000 or so in USA as salary P.M. claimed in Public meetings reported in Newspapers, by him and also said by him to Kum KUM Chadha in Hindustan Times some time ago. Is it true? .He claimed that he came to India to serve India (or himself?). Indians are generally gullible and believe.If so let him produce some evidence from his employers .A matter of record.Though Bhupi is a good man temperamentally and otherwise but that does not qualify him to run administration guided by short sighted close relations.We wished him good name but shortlived objectives have made him oblivious of facts. I was happy when he became C.M. from this region.But our hopes are totally belied.
I am from north india and I feel shame in writing this that whole north india suffers from this disease. It is the same mentality that kills a the girl child in womb. not only illiterate but educated people people have this mentality... It really sucks !!

wrong ! Rapes are taking place reflects severe sexual hunger amoung the men folk of the country. Now why ? is a subject to debate. perhaps this calls for some amount of loosening up of our social morallity code. wherein the very sight of a female sends ardenline rushing up the groinsof the men folk. Has this got to do with pervertism of the men folk or shear lack of availiablity of sexual outlets and what with the highly perched moral behaviour expectations of the outward social norms while inwardly craving for a touch, feel,or a look at the female sexuality so scarcely availiable weather legally or illegaly. And add to that high female foeticide and agressive policeing against the very availiablity of some form of sexual outlets weather brothels or just cuddling in the parks only further drives this hunger to virtual maniacal levels, which is so evident in some of the behaviour of highly placed people in authority reflecting the beliefs being so topsy turvy and sickeningly perverted as can be seen from the statements of a highly place police official in latest Noida murder case casting asperations on the character of a 14 year old female murder victim or the police offical in meerut park slaping the couples live on TV and pontificating about degrading moral values. and many other such form of social policing by high and mighty leaves no room for some readjustment from our rigid social and morallity values that only form availiable is snatched pleasures in whatever forms. Just a transfer for such sad ending of a life..Now let me tell you what tranfer will mean to these officers..The families of these officers will be tranfered to another city in class one compartments of the train..may be Govt machinary will be used to take them to the new location..Later policemen will be busy in loading unloading the houshold items of these officers into the trucks(again Govt)machinary)..Also instructions has already been given to the best school of the new location to admit the kids of these IPS officer without even meeting them as this is an emergency case..So overall with this transfer of officer of this rank will suffer.. as they have so many resources to finish their task..they will engage local trucker to take household items to new location for free..top class people of the city will offer their cars to the family members of these officer for moving thier families.. I think these officers should be sacked for their irresponsible behaviour..they were running away from what they were suppose to do..they sould be punished to travel as common man in second class compartment of local train along with their family..all benefits of these officer should be taken back ..transfering them is another step towards the suffering of local people coz of these officers..it will take tax-payers money to shift from one location to another..

it is not so easy as u think. just imagine that you are the guilty policeman and now is being transfered with your family. let us see how will the woman in your life react now with you that now she knows that u are a rapist. how will your children go about knowing that their father is a rapist. How will your daughter look at you as rapist father . How will your mother look at you as rapist son. and how will your friends look at you will they ever invite u to their homes and introduce to their family wherein all of them know that you have raped a helpless women. And most important how will you now look at the women folk of your friends household will u be able to look their women in their eyes. and if u can man you need too chop of that pendulam u carry in ur pants for you are no man but you know what.

Unable to bear the fact that the policemen who had raped her were not only roaming free but also threatening her to withdraw the complaint, a mother of two consumed poison at the Haryana police headquarters here on Monday.
Sarita, in her early 20s, gave up her fight for justice at the PGI Hospital in front of hundreds of agitated people, her two children and a grieving husband who was allegedly framed in a theft case in Rohtak three months ago.
She was raped on the premises of the Crime Investigating Agency (CIA) building where her husband was lodged in April on the charge of stealing a motorcycle, and chose the police headquarters in Sector 6 to end her life before her daughters Heena (6) and Muskan (3), who were the only eye-witnesses to the incident.
‘‘Maine goli kha li hai (I have swallowed a tablet),’’ said Sarita to ADGP V B Singh while handing him a two-page letter underscoring her plight. ‘‘Despite the fact that DSP Neeraj Setia’s probe had confirmed rape, neither were the policemen arrested nor did the investigating officers bother to get me medically examined. And the accused issued threats after they failed to lure me with money,’’ she wrote. ‘‘I have tried my best to get justice but my voice has gone unheard and now I am committing suicide, and head constable Balraj and constable Silak Ram are responsible for my death,’’ the letter said.

I ve been observing that most crimes are happening in north especially areas in and around delhi, gurgaon, haryana. is that a gene problem to be more aggressive? for men there or is the ladies exposing too much skin to make create a urge in men? in comitting these type of crimes. or is the law and order is not good enough? People who should be protective to the society, are doing this kind of shit is a shame to police department.

Police, in India, has merely become the dept for the service and security of politicians, both in govt and oppo, since they exchange places often after elections, police playing safe to please both sides. High-quality IPS selections on exams limited; most state police get selected by politicians, promoted into IPS or equivalent jobs, hencevtheir loyalty only to politicians, not for impartial maintenance of oeder as per law in society. Police services in each state should be taken out of govt control, placed under the seniormost state-high-court judge assisted by the atate home-secretary and advised by a an army general in the region. Ex-servicemen should be taken into police after retirement, allowed to join IPS waiving agelimits for exams. Politicians should make their own security arrangements. Criminals will then avoid politics. Only pres, vp, PM, govs, CMs may be given formal army's protection in ceremonial functions and meetings with foreign dignitaries. Clear separation of police from the political executive will attract better people into police service and give real protection to civil state under law.
