bahut achacha bola. ye CBI ko, media ko aur police ko poora delhi ek he kam hein! Arushi murder ko solve karna? I don't understand why so much hype is created around this ordinary murder case.....which happens every by dozens in the capital....and by 100s all over india. IAM NOT ALL ABLE TO UNDERTAND WHY CBI....WITH KEEPING ALL THE MOST IMPORTANT CASES ASIDE IS AFTER THE ARUSHI MURDER CASE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND AT ALL WHY THIS HAS BEEN HANDED TO CBI...

Because the Indian Police is incapable of handling what its crime branch is ideally supposed to do.

Perhaps because its a murder of a 13 yr old child .. perhaps because its hitting their conscience.. Do u really think its ordinary ? If yes then why r u wasting your tim following it and writing about it ?Really GOD Save India from HYPOCRISY !!!

Sangeeta The reason is, in this case the motive the crime is not yet known which is not for other cases.
The Noida SSP A Satish Ganesh is not originally from UP and neither is the IG. This shows that it is not UP'fault but the fault of IPS training system. Just passing simple aptitude tests and looking after security of politicians do not make smart policemen. We need Scotland Yard level training to crack criminal cases.

you can't campare our police with scortland yard as they have also not solved bob wolmer case yet.. so their ability is been questioned
this shows how backward is UP police and a complete overhaul is required in the fuctioning of UP police. in this case since police was under a lot of pressure they found Arushi's father as the most soft target and did all sorts of manipulation to hold him guilty. its really shameful for UP police but it is also very scary for the people of UP that even if they are aggrieved they can not approach police as the police may victimise them for the crime which is committed by some one else and that person will remain free. God only can save us and our country from police.

UP police done very worst job.They not taken quick action to solve the case and not considered all clues.It's around 1 month completed.Maybe all proofs,things r destroyed by criminals.the case is getting very complicated as all proofs,suspects not considered in proper time,delay in this case is problematic for CBI. Police told about Arushi's relation with Hemraj,but it's quite impossible that 14 yrs old educated girl had relation with 42 yrs servant.And police also told that her father saw them in compromising position at night.None Indian girl would be in such a position when her parents r present at home.But,Talwar family may be involved in both the murders as two murders happened in same house and they couldn't hear any sound,it's impossible.
