What is your definition of social justice? Is it snatching job/seat from the qualified person and giving to unqualified or less qualified person makes up social justice?
For me social justice is everybody gets equal chance to go up.
Do you think there should be reservation for Paswans/Laloos/Mulayams' son? Or reservation should be for poor dalits?

Yes creamy layer must go. Is it not that rich only corner the massive share of jobs in General category? That is bound to happen in other categories also like SC/ ST/ OBC. Your concept of equal chance is just an utopia. It has nothing to do with real world. Ambani in business and Khans in bollywood give equal chance to a new comer in their respective fields? India is an extremely poor country and it has very few opportunities available against a large number of perfectly qualified aspirants. To facilitate representation of all sections of society is social justice.

Try to get what im saying... I never said there are people who do not need it.. there are sections and castes who have really suffered .. but its not fair to give benefits to everyone who happne to share the same name...
benefits or what you call "Social Justice" should only be given to people who deserve it - - and i.e judge on the basis on income...
my dhobi was a pandit - his kids deserves benefit more than those of a SC/ST IAS officer...

Just read today newspapers about truckers strike in Europe against hike in fuel prices. You will realize that civilized societies everywhere are doing the same what Gujjars have done to put forth their legitimate demands. Also, Gujjars have not killed any body. On the contrary, their men have been killed by state forces.

Hi all. Am a maharashtrian from mumbai. I am wondering why everyone is quiet even after Gujjars have damaged the National property to such an extent. Northern Railway already has lost close to 6 cr as revenues. Leave aside the foolish Gujjars dancing and smiling like morons on TV as if they have won a war. These people shud be hung publicly or tried for being traitors (just as Northies wanted Rajsaheb Thackrey to be tried). Any suggestions?

No question of fine prints! What Thakare is demanding is against the law of the land and also against the constitution of India. Reservation is a policy which has been approved unanimously by parliament and endorsed by supreme court of India. Both are poles apart. Mention of Al Qaeda is irrelevant.

Well guys.. In my opinion.. had it been Jayalalitha she would have easily handled the situation.. By the way i dont like her but still admire the way she handled the protest against the state government by the government staff
so give 95% quota to SC, ST and OBCs and wait for a revolt by upper casts and it will be soon my friend not because poor SC ST from village are getting quota but because son and daughter of IAS officer and even daughter of president of India (tht Nayayanan) are taking profit of caste quota.. yukkkkks India Suckssssssss

There is no injustice to Upper Castes and hence they have no reason to revolt.
What a waste of money, and human lives! Have the Gujjars achieved anything? Col. Bainsla misled the gujjar community, and made them totally unpopular all over the country.. Gujjars need a bettr, sane leader.
Gujjars get reservation or not, but what they have earned by destroying public property and hijacking the public life ? whole world is laughing at us... and it has given bad name to the whole community, despite of the fact that there are great people from this community, who sacrificed their lives for this nation. You are a brave class of people, do not make yourself a handicap by asking reservation..
