US is acting here behind doors. They know india's seeing its progress crippled by high oil prices. Australia needs to sell uranium to india more than india needs it for itself. Wait and watch, we started from zero lets fall back and watch. Occassional failures are required for long lasting success.

Our thorium enrichment cycle is still not perfect. We were doing some great progress on making it perfect but in between our govts made the mistake of going in for nuclear agreement n now we'r not in position to acieve nethng.

If India don't seal this N-Deal then it will be impossible for India to get Uranium for New and old Nuclear plants. Indian Scientist need next 50 years of research for making Nuclear plant by using Thorium it is still a dream. Without signing Nonproliferation Treaty India can't get Uranium for Nuclear plants from any country in the world. Australia has the world 60% of uranium reserves. And without USA concern no one in the world will give uranium to India. It is the best time for India to use USA and get uranium from his allies, after 20 -30 years India become so capable that it would not need USA for Nuclear plants.

@cool chap yes you can fool Indians as public memory is short!India did its first atomic explosion in 1974 !
Australian should know that in whole year, their entire population do not use the quantity of tooth paste which Indian use and spit every day. It is applicable to each & every thing which Australian with their 22 million population use in a year, our New Delhi population alone eat and shit in single day so better stop contacts with Australians and kick out remaining Aussies from India. Australians will be on their knees next day. I wonder if Australian do the same with Chinese. Due to spinless political system, each and every country is threatening us. When are we going to realize our full potential as a nation.
