OK, but the Muslims have partitioned India to create Pakistan, only for the Muslims. So, the Muslims should go to Pakistan now.
Why should they stay in India even after the creation of Pakistan?
Explain that.

What is your real identity?

I am not a communal, I do not dislike Muslims. But one has to be logical. They wanted a seperate country only for them. They got it. They expelled all other non-Muslims, almost all. But they still want to stay in India. This is like having your cake and eat it.
If they want to stay in India, then there should not be any Pakistan or Bangladesh and all Hindu-Sikh-Buddhist refugees should be allowed to return to their lost homes. I have no objection to it.

Left parties used the platform for controlling power in WB and Kerala rather then for good to public.

Both the states are left behind in Globalisation and reforms and they are untouchable for most of the business houses. These states are having having labour unions but they don't have jobs. So this is the high time the left should think.
1> Are they for people?
2> Will they let industries to be established so that they can make labour union?

Rohit, you have not understood fully.Recently
the oldest Communist Leader Jyoti Basu publcly made the following Statement: "West
Bengal needs CAPITALISM"! It had taken the Moron 95 years to realise that! But while one can appreciate his belated Honest Statement, it has come atleast 60 Years late! All his followers are so much used to "PAY without WORK" and a cushy life looting the gullible poor people they refuse to follow him
and continue in their violent, destructive ways. The only alternative for the Nation is to throw this lot of shit into the Bay of Bengal!

West Bengal is receiving large number of investments, so much so there is not much land left near the big cities. That has caused a lot of problem.
You certainly do not know any statistics regarding investments in India.

Hundreds of Industries left W.Bengal during 1965-67 because they could not get any contracts/license/permits/foreign exchange from the Central government unless they move out. That was the level of discrimination against West Bengal since 1950. Refugees from East Pakistan could not get any compensation, they were forced to live in Transit centres for repatriation back to Pakistan according to Nehru-Liakat Ali Pact. Then everything were transfered from West Bengal( State Bank, LIC, General Insurance, Geological survey, Zoological Survey). Weast Bengal was categorised as Developed State so no planned investments came to West Bengal. Durgapur steel was the last as a compensation for the loss of State Bank. Air-India does not touch Calcutta since 1966. Foreign exchange earning, natural resources, and tax revenues of West Bengal and the whole of the Eastern India was used for the development of the Western and Southern states
Due to this discrimination West Bengal went down, but after the removal of the license/permit/quota Raj , now all investments are coming back. However, still there are discriminations regarding taxes against industries located there.
West Bengal was totally destroyed in 1965-67 because of Morarji Desai, Jagjivan Ram, YB Chavan, SK Patil, Bhutalingam, etc, etc.

without the support of communists, the present govt cannot exist. When they are exist, they could increase fuel price and what not. So one side communists support, and then go for strike. There aim is not to give chance to the opposition BJP to announce the general strike. By this the communist are loosing their ground because of double standard. example, Tamilnadu strike.

The present government can exist as a minority caretaker government until the next election. That is the reason Man Mohan is going ahead with 123 Treaty, price increases for oil and setting up Nepalese against Bengalis in West Bengal. Thus, a next General Election will arrive very soon.

There is no alternative for India's poor

In India, 80 percent of the people are very poor, they have no hope from either The Congress or the BJP, as both represents the Business Community.
So long as there will be poverty and exploitation in the world, poor people, who are the majority in the world will be attracted to Socialism as there is no other alternative.
You in the Rediff.com may cry as loudly as you can but the writings are there on the wall.
'Shinning India' could not solve the problem of poverty.
'Garibi Hatao' meant nothing but 'Garib Ko Hatao'.
Either show the alternative or shut up.

Bose, you sound a communist. But answer me simple question. If everyone gets rich, who will you hire for cleaning your house, cooking, or leaving your children to school? I am sure you guys crib, but fail to understand ground reality. Do Indians have independent mentality like Americans(who do their work themselves)? If you making poor as rich is worth. Else it will turn-down entire Indian eco-system.

In a socialist country you could not hire people to do your work, because it was the rule that only the government can hire people, no one should be a servant of another.
If you have American mentality of course you will hire blacks or latinos to do your work.
That is capitalism.
India has millions of child labourers, so before you justify Americanism, think about them.

"Burjoya" should be 'Bourjeois' in French means upper class.
Rabindranath Tagore was from one of the richest family of India at that time, so he was a Bourjeois by all means.
Left Ministers sons , who go abroad, are on scholarships, to do research. They do not, as the sons of the Ministers of BJP and The Congress go abroad to do MBA financed by bribes from the Business Community.
When China attacked India, al most all of the North Indian leaders of CPI( Hiren Mukherjee, Somnath Lahiri, Bhupesh Gupta, Indrajit Gupta, Dange ) along with the Soviet Union condemned the attack.
Only the South Indian leaders of CPI( Nambudripad, SatyaMurthy, RamaMurthy, Basabpuniya, Gopalan) supported the Chinese along with Ranadeve and went to jail; they have formed the CPI(M) seperately in 1964.

Yes. In kerala, industries switching over to mechanical, non-manual, handling of large equipment have to pay 'on-looker' wages to crowds of idle workers, who refuse to get trained to handle the modern equipment. The production costs and delays mount up, affecting the national economy. In china, such elements would have been promptly jailed or shot down.

Bagladeshis ( i.e Muslims from East Pakistan or Bangladesh) cannot get any job in the organized sector as they are uneducated. They work on land or as labourers and rickshawala.
It is the responsibility of India government to identify those and drive them out, but the central government will not do that.
It is not possible to identify them, as they already married to Indian Muslims and got ration cards, voting card and passport. The only solution is the Exchange of Population between India and Pakistan ( and Bangladesh). But that will not happen either.
There is nothing the left parties can do about it because the person who has invited them from East Pakistan was Fakir Uddin Ali Ahmed ( former President of India), when he was the Home Minister of Assam.
Muslims are by nature anti-Left ( remember what they have done to Afghan socialist government)

Yes CPI(M) is controlled by the South Indians from Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. That was the reason Jyoti Basu could not be the PM in 1996 because of objections from the South Indians within the CPI(M) particularly these Karat and Yachury.

CPI is not dominated by the South Indian. That was the reason Indrajit Gupta became the Home Minister in Deva Gaura government.

Hike in petrol prices is not in this government's hand? We must be thankful that they didnt increase it before and when at all they; its very tiny. In places around the world where petrol was cheap are now paying much higher than we Indians. Because of this delay so many oil companies are facing heavy losses. Wake up and try out some other alternative. We should take out steps to make ourself comfortable. Following steps are welcome:
1. Take public transports
