Every one seem to point their fingers at Arushi's Parents & I feel they cannot be removed from the suspect list too...But off late Ive noticed lots of crime news in Noida concerning servants, especially Nepali ones. Ex: Recently one nepali servant poisoned 4 member of a family & escaped with loot.
I myself have had bitter experience with nepali servants as I had caught them red handed stealing and cops had advised me not to hire them in future as they are not easy to trace.
Coming back to Arushi's case, the other angle which Im guessing is, Hemaraj must have been threatened from some people from his native who are thieves asking him to cooperate in looting the house. Thats y hemraj had earlier approached a NGO for help. There where 3 glasses of liquor in Hemraj room indicating that they all met first and Arushi got killed by them in the process. Hemraj must have panicked and they got him killed too. Coz its impossible for a person like Dr.Rajesh to single handedly kill Hemraj with out a struggle as there where no marks or indications in Dr.Rajesh body.
Another theory is, there must be some terrorist hideout or activity in colony which Hemraj must have come to know and when the NGO asked what was the problem he said he did not have proof. So he would have recorded it in his mobile and must have shared it with Arushi as well...thats y Mobiles were missing.
Im jus trying to see other possible theory..though the above theory looks weak..we cannot simply rule it out rite??
It is surprising why Dr. Talwar is not co-operating with the police & CBI. Does he not want his daughter's murderers to be brought to justice. Why did Dr. Talwar ask his servants to dry the matress on neighbour's terrace & not his own? Who took the call of the milkman on Hemraj's mobile? Why was the Talwars' behaviour very strange with the maid at 6 am. Why did the mistress leave Noida just one day before the crime? Parents show no grief at their one & only child being murdered. Mother & mistress should be subjected to lie detection test. Give CBI time & lets not criticise them. I'm sure that they will crack this case beyond least doubt. The culprits MUST be booked at all cost. Best of luck to CBI.

Police is not getting answers, which police is trying to feed to them, which answers it wants from Talwars that is why they are saying that Talwars are not cooperating. It is the everyday story of Police.

You would get the answer to your question, if you put yourself in place of Dr Talwar.
Just imagine, your young kid of 14 is killed, and then you are blamed of killing !!!
I hope you can at least imagine the trauma and psychological stress he is going through right now. Solitude and lack of cooperation are some of common reactions to trauma.

It is the abnormal behavior of parents that is making them suspects. If any normal person finds his/her dear one in danger or death, the first reaction will be call for help and trauma. Trauma does not force a person to behave in a contradictory manner. Why were they waiting till their maid arrived? The house was well connected by phones, they could have called police for help or an ambulance for help. A dear ones' death will force a person to hope against hope. Here probably they are trying to create a scene of grieving parents in front of their maid - this behavior itself is indicative to something. Everyday parents version is different as evident in media. They may not be in a position to give any statement, but here they were very comfortable giving statements and without realizing their prior statement they give another statement which conflicts with the former. It is well known first lie is followed by series of lies to cover up the other.

I am saying the same thing. Police wants to have answers from dr. talwar which suits them. They are not behaving like humans. In our clan if there is death of unmarried child, the cremation is done on the same day and people move out of cremation ground only after collecting the ashes and then the ashes are immersed in ganga immediately. This is what has been done by Talwars. However police is making stories as to what was the reason of completing rituals so quickly. They want Dr. talwar as scapegoat. I have all the sympathies with Dr. talwar and feel concerned about him and his wife.
THIS MURDERS HAVE BEEN COMITTED BY THE SERVANTS ETC...SOME TIME BACK THE POLICE SAID THERE WERE 3 GLASSE£S IN HAMRAJS PLACE ..WHICH MEANS THAT FEW PEOPLE HAD COME TO DRINK ETC AT HAMRAJ.....THE POLICE SHOULD HAVE INVESTIGATED THAT WHO WERE THOSE WHO CAME TO HAMERAJS PLACE THAT NIGHT...THESE PEOPLE MUST BE THE ONES WHO 1st MURDERD HAMRAJ ..THEN MAYBE ARUSHI SAW THEM COMING IN...SO THEY MURDERED HER ALSO.....

Please imagine the grievence of the woman who has lost daughter and husband being accused. People become dumb and mad in such situation but Mrs. talwar seems to be brave and is fighting against all the odds against her. I have all the sympathy for her and pray God to give her more strength.

Please do not jump to conclusions. Let the professionals work it out. However everybody should think before giving derogatory statements about a departed soul which hurts everybody. The concerned IG should be sacked immediately.
What's so complicated about this case? i couldn't understand..
As far crime is concerned..it's clearly parents!! A mentally retarded person can make out that.. It was no burgalary, no sexual assualt..just a cold blooded murder..hair pulled (shows the hatred and anger criminal had)..use of precise weapon(only Dr can do that), parents sitting in next room. They didn't complain till next day..and gave false informations of timings and details!! Now what remains is the motive!! just grill and drill the culprit and u get it!!
Motive could be mostly..an affair with servant( major possibility..thats why both got killed and so brutally she was assaulted) and this is not uncommon in society..i am talking sense!! girl had some affair..and it must be something too bad!! affair is not looked upon so badly otherwise in indian society anymore!!
I rule out possibility of father's afair..coz then girl's mother wud have protested..she wudnt have watched the crime there...and father wont get mad to this extent to pull hair of daughter..kill her and then kill servant to eliminate witness..then why the hell he left his wife?? she was witness too!!! a man has affair..he kills 2 people..who wud be least bothered of state and leaves wife..who wud be most upset with this affair?..lol UP police...gawaar hi rahenge!!!
Lets watch and see..what our geneious cops find on this :)
