In the new developements CBI found out that there are 1) three persons sat on the bed of Arushi before killing her. 2) The girl was killed first and then servant was killed on the roof , his dead body was not carried to the roof but he was actually killed on the roof. 3) The murders were planned much before and they were not an outburst of anger as told by the local police who went on to imagine that the girl was seen with servant in her bedroom , and so the servant was called to the roof and killed etc., do not hold water , and was proved to be wrong in CBI investigations so far. 4) the doctors Talwar's compounder was being interrogated and also be put on lie detector test. It was said but not confirmed that Compounder's finger prints were available.
The case do not seem to be as simple. It was thought earlier that at least 2 persons were involved but now it is almost confirmed that there were three persons. We can assume that girl Arushi and servant Hemaraj , both of them know some secrets of others that killing became inevitable for the killers. Criminology says that a murder will be contemplated when killer assumes that there were no alternatives for him. It is another issue that he was wrong in assuming such a manner. There would always be better alternatives than terminating someones' life by murder. The compounder ,other assistants in Dr.Talwar's clinic may be involved and Arush's cell may have photos of some illegal sex relation ships.

CBI as well as the police earlier had said there were 3 glasses in Hemaraj's room. CBI has not given any details so far. Police probably has said something that was communicated to them rather than coming out with their own story. All the stories that is circulating in media are imagination rather than real. CBI has not mentioned that Hemaraj was killed on the terrace. If he was murdered there how come there was blood trial through the stairs leading to terrace. They are trying to recreate what really happened on that fateful night.

CBI claims that that a killer's finger print was available in the room of Arushi, was fresh without blood stains but the same finger print had smears of blood on the roof. This makes it clear according to them that Arushi was killed first and of that there should be no doubt. Hemaraj was killed with a hit on the back side of his head with at least 4 inch thick and eight inch lengh weapon (probably a hammer or a khurki ) so hard that the skull bone (which is strong) caved in. And the victim died instantly. when he was hit he will not know that he was going to be hit ,so this was planned. It was only to make doubly sure that the killers slit the throat with heavy knife so deep that the head was almost separated from torso. Killer or killers also used gloves ! at least one of them seems to have used gloves.

Killing a person on an open terrace is very difficult. If was normal and not sedated, he would have screamed for help. Any person, however weak he is, will not so mildly die like that. He will fight till the last. If he was sedated someone would have carried him to the terrace. If not, will any sane person go with someone who has a tool that can possibly used to kill. Had they hidden the murder weapon on terrace before they took him there? If they had hidden the murder weapon there, did they use some other weapon to kill Arushi.

Why mobile phones of both Arushi and servant Hemaraj were stolen ? You can get all the recordings of verbal excahnges on these cell phones from cell phone companys and I think , you do not need cell phone chips for this. The name of the cell phone holder is enough to pull out the information from cell company's recordings which is compulsory for all mobile phone operaters. What about the photographs recorded in these cell phones? if at all they they are ? If Aroushi mobile phone and Hemaraj mobile contains any secret sexual relations between Dr.Talwar and any of his female colleagues , or somebody else who are not related to Talwar but can be very dangerous for the prestige and existance. CBI investigations in to these illegal sex relations may prove to be good. That angle to the investigations may help solve this case. Dr.Talwar was awake until 11:30 and may be he was very tired and it is some extent possible for him not to hear any noise etc., Both the victims did not try to escape or struggle before they die and did not seem to create any commotion. Hemaraj may have been probably interrogated with a few questions before he was killed. Once killed on the roof they locked the door to the roof and shall climb down the stairs and have left from main entrance and lock it ? How can they do it ? How is it possible to lock the door from outside , also means in the same way they entered the house? Or may be they are waiting on the roof much before ?
After watching the way police has investigated and caught the "murderer", the way they handled the case; it is really sad to trust them. Dont know how many such innocent people they put behind bars and how many such they hang, and do the encounter.
In this case atleast there was so much pressure from media and other sources so CBI came into pic. But the cases of terror attacks, no one wants to question the role of police, and they are taken for granted.
How many such "terrorists" caught by police we can beleive are actual criminals.
CBI should also request the Govt. to enact a law that no Channel/media should show any developments about any criminal cases. You can see that India TV is making it very clear that Arushi's father is not a culprit and so on. How can they give a verdict. it is the duty of the Court. They are just creating a mania that the viewers should only see their Channel. Nowadays all the Channels are doing like this, except NDTV or so. Two days back also, IBN7 has shown a news just for three hours. Our viewers have no other work except watching that useless news. This type of Time wasting news should be banned by Govt. Also, these days Newschannels are changing as entertainment channels and showing only Comedy shows. You can see within half an hour they are giving 15 minutes to Advts. like undergarments, chappals, heir oils, etc. Rediculous channels.

Yes government should look into the matter seriously. In some cases media act as prosecutor, defense as well as judge. No news channel is exempt from such overdo. They are demoralizing our police force and investigative agencies. Yes there are problems in them, that does not mean they can generalize and brand them . Media also has good reporting and bad reporting, why don't they expose bad media - professional courtesy. The kind of news our news channels beam looks like they are bought by Hollywood, Bollywood and glamour industry. The amount of time they spend on these people can be spent on India's achievement in various field. Many of us are unaware of advanced research work going on in this country. Let them learn from channels like BBC and CNN.
Interestingly this is not the only case that has taken long time. There are some cases that have taken years together to solve. Even in West they have taken long time. Whatever we see on FBI files and some detective serials are just a few successful cases. What about a lot of unsolved cases world wide. In India some of the the investigative officers are influenced by various factors. They are not allowed to function freely in the first place. What did Scotland Yard do with Bob Woolmer's case?
Can anybody tell what will happen if CBI finds the actual murderer. How everybody in this nation will get benifitaed from that. Its all backwas Indian Media and Media persons in Noida having no work are making this as nation crisis
Getting evidence to prove the crime is seeming to be a haddicapsy for all the cases unsolved. The evidence may also be waiting sticking to the flat board under doors that witnessed the crime as the criminals tried to sweep and swabout all proof from the site of crime.Scaple or knife used may have gone with the cremenation which was done urgently and mobile ended in the waters or pots of plants mud, near by.

The Arushi murder case again makes us ask a question, Why does the police in charge always end up in doing what they are supposed not to do and not doing what they are supposed to do?We all who wish to stop crimes are waiting to see the moral of this story the Aarushi case.Hope all agree with me.......?
