If a murder weapon is destroyed, how can anyone produce that in court. There should be some mechanism to nail the culprits rather than leaving them to take advantage of the loopholes in our legal system. One classic case for such conviction is that of Nitish Katara murder case. When parents are doctors they know how and where to dispose blood stained clothes and equipment use do murder.

Our investigative agencies are very good. They are misused by political peers for their advantage.
This murder plot will be a fantastic story line for Bollywood producers. RGV and Mahesh Bhatt might have already planned to bring out a thriller & waiting to know the result of CBI findings. May be this murder case may remain as mysterious as Woolmer's death!!
LAST HOPE FOR CBI IS TO CALL A RELIGIOUS MAN AND LET HIM PREDICT SOME AND THEY MAY GET SOME CLUE. LIKE WE IN INDIA OPEN A PREDICTOR TO TELL WHO STEAL THINGS ,,,, SIMPLE WHY WASTE FINDING CLUES IN DRAINS

You mean to say the drain from Delhi to Haridwar is to be cleaned now?
Hemraj who was 45 ,maybe be heavy man , it will not be possible for ONE or two people to carry him to after killing to roof. THIS WILL BE VERY INTERESTING STORY TO CRACK for CBI. no weapon , no force entry, no theft ??? both the parents are saying innocent
The entire Aarushi investigation is deeply surounded in mystery right from day one :
First Police Blunder: Without verifing the police jumped to the conclusion that Talwar's servant Hemraj was the killer. The entire police team over looked the circumstancial evidence at the crime scene, after two days they found hemraj's dead body on the terrace,
so now eveyone started to ask the police the following questions for which the police had not reply:
a) If Hemraj is Aarushi's killer, then who killed Hemraj?
Now that the CBI has taken over the investigation of this murder, i am sure the guilty will be punished and i am also sure that the clean image of the CBI will get a further boost if they are able to solve this mystery.
