1. 52% of Judges and Temple Priests must be from OBC. 2. 29% Judges and Temple Priests must be Dalits and Tribals. 3. Remaining Judges and Temple Priests must be from other castes & religions.
Reservation is a central issue had it not been so, MP govt were asked by central not to take unilateral decision in this respect. Law minister Bhardwaj is playing politics to discredit BJP but Congress will pay dearly for this act in Rajasthan election. People know the congress game very well. All hell broke lose before last election when Congress CM Ashok gehlot - a congressi moron given reservation to 'Jaats' to win election. He still lost it but angered Gujjars whose economic status is lower. This reservation policy should be taken out of poiticians and go to Supreme court or non political commission.
According to RSS/BJP loyalists on rediff board (I know there are many), the Gujjar agitation is because of Congress and its muslim appeasing policy . is nt it ?

this matter should be solved amicably. and in this process central govt should take initiative for its policy on reservation. but unfortunately for their vote bank neither BJP(NDA) nor Congress (UPA) has courage to come on front on their policy. they all want to continue with reservation as no poltical party will discontinue reservation due to loss of their vote bank. dr. bhim rao ambedkar recommended reservation for 10 yeras only, but it is continued till dated and those who are taking benefit of it are well established and creamy layer. as 5 norms for inclusion in st are too old and needs to be change as suggested in justice chopra report. SC also suggested to periodical review of reservation system. but govt for vote bank will continue it. it all (gujjar agitaion)started because JATS which are more wealty than gujjars included in OBC by BJP. and MEENA's which are also more welathy perospeous in rajathan than gujjars getting reservation as ST.
Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar had not made the reservation for longlife....till the end of this earth for bahujans.
Reservation for 10 years - the provision is made only in politics. The backward class people can elect & go to parliament.......but it is not happenning.
Yes cancell the reservation of these polititions as they r not our leaders - they r the SLAVES of parties. They r not doing our job they r following the instructions of parties high command.......
