Yes teh reason these executions get stopped is because per war on terror rules, teh actions are taken on behalf of the CIA and FBI by local authorities without any reference to local laws. Once the case comes to court, THERE IS NEVER ANY EVIDENCE EXCEPT CIRCUMSTANTIAL against these accused culprits because charges are framed anyway, its a giant Drame with multi national actors and is meant to divert support from the Bush plan which was called "NEW WORLD ORDER" read between the lines and hind sight what it meant was, go anywhere where there is Oil or access to Oil or go anywhere a future oil pipeline will run through or transit from, then negotiate on your own terms like the viallage thug and get your pund of flesh for providing safe haven to such events! very simple. Look at where the US is and where they want to go. Middle East: IRAQ. Afghanistan: TRANSIT COUNTRY for all future central asian oil and gas, where they want to go: WEST PAKISTAN again this is where the giant pipleline will venture South bifircating hear Dera Ghazi Kahn Eastwards to India before emanating at YOU GUESSED IT GAWADAR, which CHINA HAS ALREADY OCCUPIED WITH PAKISTAN, result fan the Baloch insurgency and make it look like its not viable since the territory is UNSTABLE untill CHina leaves then US moves in and suddenly INSURGENCY what INSURGENCY?. People are not stupid, Pakistan and China will play a waiting game to see US through to teh dust bin of History and then move on.
