Another view of the source of the name Hindu is based on a derogatory meaning. So these are all derogatory expressions for the translation of the term hindu in the Persian label of the people of India.

If the root of the word hindu is understood as having a geographical connotation, then all the other words that you have described as hindu will apply to you and your forefathers as much to the others in this land. By the same logic Arabic belonged to the Kafirs who existed before Islam came in to existance. It is joke that Allah message is being transmitted in language that was created by Idol worshippers (Kafirs)!
