RE:as a father he is right
by OceanBlue on Jun 01, 2008 10:16 PM  Permalink
This is a plea to rediff to ban such individuals as Kishan Patel from posting or even possessing an email address from your service. He is condoning a murder of a 14 year old girl. I appeal to any authorities reading this post to trace him and lock him up. He could be the next perpetrator of crime in our city.

This sort of endorsement can come from perverts only. It is true that kids can sometimes make the parents life miserable, but instigating murder can come only from sick minds.
Kishan should be put into a lunatic asylum.

Kishan you are a disgusting pervert and a sick maniac. I wish rediff could trace your email and put you under a precautionary arrest. Your comment represents the sick mentality of many Indian men.

Do you even have something called a brain? Read the chain of posts and then read yours. No relevance whatsoever. Get a life dude! And please grow up, India has enough immature adults around. If you want to be different, then have the guts to shed this short circuited way of thinking and writing. Good luck dude!

Aarushi murder case
by prakash malshe on Jun 01, 2008 09:12 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

On an average 68 murders take place in the country everyday. Same on 16th may, and 17th, and every day after and before that. I feel only because the TV channels have their corporate offices in or near NOIDA and it is easy to send a team of cameramen there this case is getting out of proportion coverage. What has happened to the murderers of a victim in a remote village of Pithoragarh of Uttarakhand or that of Jharkhand, nobody seems to bother. Is there any rule of PROPORTIONATE COVERAGE in the media??

i do agree. Actually now i got my faith back in politics. In this case because of public outcry and media headlines, CM gave her personal attention, which obviously she cant give to all 68 cases a day. However if we as citizen of india can come out with a system, that makes politicians hear to us it will be awesome

Politicians are worthless scoundrels
by red chillies on Jun 01, 2008 08:49 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

All Rats and Dogs who die on streets are born again to become Indian Politicians ... had this been a VIP case it would have been solved by now and all culprits booked....politicians know only to exploit and divide and loot the nation..and dont say they come from the same society.

Whether out of proportion or not, its tragic undoubtedly.
I hope its not the moment to talk about blockbusters. Whoever did it, but, just be aware of the pain she must have received at those moments.

they very well performed their duty.. read, what maya said: Mayawati claimed that the removal of Noida Senior Superintendent of Police Satish Ganesh, Meerut range deputy inspector general of police and Meerut Inspector General Gurdarshan Singh was not a reflection of any kind of laxity on their part.

"I decided to shift them simply because I do not want anyone to accuse them of attempting to influence the CBI proceedings

obviously as a head of state she cant and she shouldn't say that she doesnt trust her army. If she says so she will become another Sonia. These are just words, to get real message you have to read between lines.

Our consitution gaurantees everyone a fair trial, it includes criminals, theives, police, a normal citizen, everyone.
The cops can not be held guilty just because media (same media which was playing an obscene MMS claiming it is aarushi) is saying so. Indeed if CBI comes out and says that cops are guilty and they did it intentionally then demand of removal from duty (that too is impossible, court qill reverse the sentence) is valid.

As of now she has acted pro-actively. She was not bound to take these actions now. The case is already being transferred to CBI and few days down the road all will even forget who was IG of Meerut. However she has taken pro-active steps. She should be well appreciated that by transferring the top cops she gave a message to cops that the need to be serious. Indeed a CM can and should not act is haste and should not take a decision based upon Aaj tak / rediff board. So she has taken the decision at right times. First transferred the case to CBI even before people / oppossition demanded it. Now she transferred the top cops. Keep in mind these cops even though all of us know and shot that they did grVE MISTAKE BY character assasination, but still they cannot be proved guilty. Even Women commission that is headed by oppossition congress can not find a way to legally go against cops (they requested mayawati to take action based upon female emotions).

So overall I am well satisfied by this action.

Money dirties all probes......money can hid facts and figures.
by shobana nair on Jun 01, 2008 07:50 PM  Permalink

Yes it is the money which helps to hid facts, money the social addiction for many who sell their conscience and soul to escape law.But there is the supreme law which brings out the facts today or tomorrow. So no money can hid facts permanently.Money makes a man bold to commit crime and hid behind his money power.
